Are neurobion plus tablets harmful to the kidneys? I am a 33 year old female and have only one kidney. I've been suffering from migraines and would like to know if it's safe for me to take neurobion plus?

When I am taking the neurobion tablet for nerve weakness, it tends to cause some side effects such as headache and other pains.
