Vitamins for lung health

I just want to ask, what vitamins should I take to make my lungs healthy and strong? ## Hi Douglas, According to an article by 'Livestrong', evidence for the case of taking vitamins for lung health is reportedly inconclusive, however, some studies point to potential beneficial effects from taking vitamins A, B-6, C, D & E. On the other hand, taking too much of certain vitamins may be counterproductive. Concluding my investigation, eating plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables (for an array of phytonutrients) is a key component to maintaining healthy lung function throughout one's life; & in my opinion, can be even better than taking supplements with isolated vitamins. I hope this helps!

WHICH BRAND TABLET IS BEST FOR VITAMIN B12 DEFICIENCY

WHICH HAS BEST CHEMICAL CONTENT FOR B12 DEFICIENCY ## Well, I wouldn't use the term 'Chemical Content' exactly, but the FORM of Vitamin B12 that is best, according to some sources, is called Methylcobalamin B12. If you are having any neurologic problems, then Methylcobalamin is really a MUST- and there are some other benefits of Methylcobalamin. But it is a bit more expensive and if cost is an issue and you don't have neurologic problems, then any one is fine. Usually the least expensive brand is in the form of Cyanocobalamin. ## i feel numbness in my hands and feet every time i wake up in the morning. what would you suggest the best brand for a vitamin b supplement. thanks. ## Dear Sir My brother is sufferring from Leukemia since 4years. L Mefolate Pyridox Mecobalamin

why is this prescription form of folate, B-12 and B-6 prescribed? Why not over the counter? ## Since you didn't provide a name brand or dosing, I can't be completely certain about this one in particular, but some of them are prescription only due to the amount of the vitamins that they contain. Some dosages aren't appropriate for someone that doesn't suffer a deficiency, as getting to much of some of them, especially B12 can be very dangerous. Learn more B vitamin details here. Are there any other questions or comments?

pain identification

Round, green. Looks like bromazepam 6 mg. but no B-6, just a symbol that looks like it represents a nation. Smooth surface, unlike bromazepam, smaller slightly than br. pill. May be from Serbia. ## Sorry, there is no way to really ID a drug from this description, especially foreign ones, they are just not regulated as strictly as drugs in the US. ## White capsule with the word Stagesic in cursive
