The tablet with the KCM-10 is Klor-Con extended release, it's a Potassium supplement of 10mEqs.
Do not break, chew or crush these, since they are controlled release, it could cause you to get too much at once, additionally, it is severely irritating to mucous membranes, so it could cause ulceration. It's also wisest to take this with food.

The tablet with the 5881 V marking contains 50mgs of Spironolactone, which is a potassium sparing diuretic and antiandrogen, it has several medical uses, such as treating high blood pressure, edema, congestive heart failure and acne.
Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, dehydration and hyperkalemia.
