I am taking lorstan 50 mg, spironolactone 25 mg isosorbide mononitrate 30 mg, astrovastatin 10 mg , 250 mgmg aspirin 250 mg acetaminophen I am starting to have bowel incontinence irregular bowel movements, pains in my stomach and joints always tired and insomnia. Heartburn as a side effect?

I have been on this for one week, 25mg X twice a day. A few minutes after taking it last night, I started with uncomfortable heart burn. As of almost 11am today, the heartburn is not any better.
