Fruta Planta- Me (Top voted first)

I've been taking fruta planta for 11 days and I only lost 3 pounds. I've been exercising and taking it in the morning with warm water. I'm reading that people are losing 10 lbs the first week. Am I doing something wrong?

I bought fake pills the first time around, I got the hologram box. I came to find out it hasn't worked for the majority of people. They didn't work for me I lost nothing. A friend of the family was taking the pills, but different ones. She lost 24lbs since Aug1 she sent me a website, where she got hers. They give LOTS of info, on what to look for in the fake and real boxes. They show the pics of differences.

First thing you MUST do is remember that there is NO MAGIC PILL out there! Then, you have to realize that EVERY person is unique in how their body reacts. I myself, get desperate when I don't see the weight dropping and then see someone else drop it like it's hot! I usually have ridiculous cravings for sweets after I eat lunch or dinner and even breakfast! I have insulin problems to make it even worse! So, when 2 weeks passed after starting FP and I didn't see the weight dropping, I was ready to give up! My friend advised me against it, telling me some people take longer for it to kick in. I held off and by the end of the month I had dropped 17lbs! By the end of the first week during my second month I was down 23lbs!! So, what I did to turn up the fat burning process was continue drinking that water before every meal, after every meal, during the night and I was also trying to eat more salads and less fried foods. I got to the point that coffee nor coke was appetizing to me and the oddest thing for me was that I lost the desire to drink ORANGE JUICE!! I have been addicted to OJ since I can remember and because of the BITTER MELON in the FP, it has helped me with the addiction to sweets! If you need a push or a word of encouragement, let me know! Maybe you got fake pills? I'm on my 3rd day and lost 3 pounds (2lbs the first day and 1 the second). I haven't been exercising at all.

Well, the first thing that needs to be stated here is that Fruta Planta is a dietary supplement, so it is not actually proven to help with weight loss.

Second, there is nothing on the market that works for everyone.

Fruta Planta contains: Lemon, Bitter Melon, Papaya, Benefit Fruit and Spirulina Maxima.

I've been on it for 12 days and i lost 10 pounds already. I believe everyone has a diffrent body and it affects everyone diffrently. But dont give up keep trying. wish you luck!

Today is my first day with fruta planta. I want recommedations, is it better to take before or after breakfast? Does it make a difference taking it with warm water or is tap water is okay?

I just started taking fruta planta pills yesterday but I feel no difference, My appetite still remains the same. I took them again today and still nothing! Any suggestions as to why it's not doing anything for me?! I know they are not fake. I take them with warm water from the tap after I eat breakfast.

Does anyone know if it's safe to open the fruta planta capsules and just take the powder that's inside? I am having trouble swallowing the capsule.

Nikki, since it just contains fruit extracts and is not time released, there shouldn't be a problem doing it that way.

I am not certain how it is going to taste, so you may want to mix it in something else, though!

i take fruta planta, but it doesnt contain just fruit extracts do you think just fruit extracts would be showing the results people have had?

im not sure if it would make a difference, it might be ok to just take the powder if youre having trouble with the pill but dont delude yourself that this is a natural product. do your research, and be safe.

just started taking this product yesterday and I want to know the side effects. I have literally not been able to sleep at all since i took it yesterday. I'm not even tired. I have a massive headache and I can feel my heart beating fast. I know I do not have fake pills. I have the obvious dry mouth but this is scaring me.

As far as losing weight right away its all about tweaking what your doing. I'm telling you that Fruta Planta works! I knew people who didn't see results and I think that maybe they had the fake ones so they started taking it thru my distributor and have had success. We also came up with a list of guidelines for losing the weight quicker while on the pills.

Today was my first day. I ate a good breakfast then the pill. For the whole day i wasn't hungry at all and i lost 2 pounds. Should i take the pill before breakfast or after , or it doesn't make any difference ??
