Fake Oxycodone Pills
UpdatedI'm trying to find names/photos of otc pills most resembling little blue oxycodone pills. Why is a long story. Thanks, all. Please help.
There are many, depending on the type of Oxycodone pill and far too many to list or post pictures of.
However, the markings should always give them away, it is very easy to check a marking and discover what a tablet contains. If it is a U.S. prescription tablet, then the markings will be in the FDA databases.
I found some Roxicodone 30 mg tablets in a blister pack. The packaging looks legitimate, but the pills have crumbled edges and no markings. They are a pinkish brown color, and I've never seen them before. Are they real?
sneakymunky, if there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what these tablets contain.
And Roxicodone that has been manufactured and available for sale in the U.S. would have some type of marking on the tablets.
Does the packaging say where they came from or who the manufacturer is?

i have some m 30's i dont think they are real. they look real but are a little gossy looking. they dont really do much and i have tolerance so its wierd when i say ive taken two and with no effect. they make you really hungry and they give u this pain like a really bad hunger pain that doesn't go away even if you eat just like the feeling when I was prescribed the streriod predneson (spelling :/ )among other Symptms.....
Oxycodone, roxicodone, and roxicet are the same drugs. They are as akin as generic aspirin and bayer every month it was a surprise at the pharmacy. Will they be green, orange. Thicker pale green almost white???? All same.
I haven't seen many otc s that look like what u r asking about. Good luck
There are in fact FAKE blues!! The ones with a M one one side and a 30 on the other. The fakes look exactly the same as the real but just don't work at all. Be careful.
I really think that the fake ones are thinner than the other, that's what I noticed about them
The fake pill has no difference. At least not the ones I have seen. I get a script from my local pharmacy and a friend of mine bought 5 of the blue M 30's elsewhere and our pills loom exactly alike except the only feeling she got from hers was heartburn. And her tolerance level is very low. She passes out w a 512.
Usually I get M 30s that are light blue. This time they are almost a turquoise or teal in color and seem heavier. Any way to tell if these are the same as the generics I got previously filled?
Did u ever figure this out? If so please write back a reply.
One thing i can tell you is that there are definitely fake 30's out there. I myself was duped w some fake 215's, that at first glance looked legitimate. After comparing them to my prescription/pharmacy obtained ones, i could see a slight difference. The fake ones had a little sharper of n edge on top. Whoever pressed these did a good job tho, as they caught me out there. The dead giveaway was that they didn't actually crush, but merely pressed down, and had absolutely NO taste, kinda like plaster. So, buyer BEWARE, if trying to get extras from non pharmacy sources...
What state did you see these? What color were they? Did they happen to have M 30 printed on them?
I've seen many fake ones lately. A215s and Ms and today some V 48/12. The A215s were so perfectly pressed, there was absolutely no difference between them and the real ones. The batch of V's I saw today I could tell pretty quickly because the color was off and some were chippy and they smelled like Elmer's glue. As far as I know, all the fake ones I've come across were s*** and contained nothing like thc or fentanyl and are probably cornstarch or something.
But the sure fire way to tell if they're fake or not without consuming is by trying to burn one on a piece of foil. Crush it up and if you can't already tell by the way it breaks up, put a line on a piece of foil and light it from underneath. If it quickly melts into a blue gel instead of turning black like it should, you've got yourself some fakes. It would behoove you to test em before handing over your money.
Thank you so much for exposing these online sites and simply other ratchet people are being so fraudulent for a single dollar and your card number until they will do anything, but karma is real when it comes to this.
I just want to know how or what can you do to tell if they r fake
I got some A 49 suppose to be 15mg but I swear they look blue like the 30s hoping these aren't fake has anybody else ever had real ones that the color looks off? I mean I do these all the time but this 15 MG which is suppose to be green is so blue and I know I'm not colorblind!!
Sweet.
If you ACTUALLY READ THE POSTS THE GENTELMAN DESCRIBED A WAY TO TEST THEM JEEZ HOW DENSE CAN YOU BE lol
Hey jewelz, what state did you fill your prescription of a49 pills in?
What if u can't break the pill down ( its really hard) but when i finally broke it open its not crumby pill form but it feels plastic almost?

This clearly says if a pill turns yellow when wet it is clearly counterfeit. And should turn just a darker blue as expected. One tip (as misiformation is purposely spread in the medical community) is that crushed pills will not show a positive test on a simple urine test if mixed w/ clean urine. IT WILL SHOW UP AND DOES NOT NEED TO BE METABOLIZED!! So if you're concerned of a counterfeit you can get an at home five panel and mix half a 1/4 crushed pill with clean urine. If this test is positive. 90% it is heroin. (5 panel test doesn’t test for synthetic opioids. But if that test comes back negative you could still have a fake pill w/ fentanyl…which is very hard to test for.) So your best option is to spend the extra $$ and get a 14 panel test that specifically says oxycodone on the box. Crush a 1/4 pill and mix with clean urine. If it doesn’t come back positive for oxycodone it’s fake and throw it away and warn others. Walgreens sells this 14 panel home test. Please be safe and don’t take anything you’re not 100% sure of…and I have to say it. Please start searching for a way to get your prescription legally or get out of this risky game. Pharmaceuticals are more dangerous than anything now w/ all the counterfeits
Trying to see if babysitter is stealing my Oxycodone 5 mg pills. They're small and white with E5 on them and I know them to be fake.
I recently got a 30mg "roxicontin" with A 215 imprinted on it but it was really dark blue, shiny and hard to break, and the ones I always get are light blue, not shiny and easy to break... Was it fake or pressed? I woke up early the next morning with a migraine and I've never had that happen before. Any guesses or opinions on whether I got a fake or pressed pill?
Re: Roxianne (# 14)
I love that you put a way to determine a fake one other than consuming. Bout to do that right now. Thanks
Re: Amy (# 9)
Why would she take a 30 if she passes out with a 512?? Doesn't make much sense
Re: Roxianne (# 14)
Mine turned black - but I'm still questioning them?
Does the letter and the number need to be exactly reversible when you flip them over ?
Re: Roxianne (# 14)
Does this test methods work for 15 mg oxycodones green ALG 264's?
If I try to burn it will be able to tell if there fake?
Be careful who you buy from. I received supposedly 80mg oxycodone, darker green once - then lighter green the next time. I had good results at first, then ended up in the E.R. overdosed. Hospital took a blood sample where Oxycodone, pcp, morphine & methamphetamine ALL showed positive. I'd love to return to the doctors for legit meds for a back injury but the greedy bastards keep going up with office charges.
PLEASE READ THIS if you're questioning the validity of an oxycodone. If you're even a little skeptical DO NOT TAKE IT. You used to be able to tell by the way they split or crushed or tasted or looked or smelled. That is no longer the case. It's the same with any counterfeit product. The counterfeiters obviously step their game up to avoid being caught. They are nailing the color, the edges are sharp and centered, the taste is even there (not hard to copy as most chemicals have a bitter taste), and they have the correct consistency now instead of just crumbling or melting in water. The reason behind this is the drug cartels, who in some cases have more money than these pill companies, got involved in a big way and have all the money and resources they need to make legitimate looking fakes. And the worst part is, they're not even using opiates in them most of the time. They may use stimulants and uppers or blood pressure meds, hallucinogens, ecstasy and many other random fillers and binders. People will even use expired meds so that they look and taste real - or fakes purchased from phony online vendors - lace them with fentanyl and sell them. So the truth is, you cannot tell anymore. Not without a law enforcement level lab to test the reagents and make sure that the active ingredients as well as the binders are all legitimate. The only thing you can do is take a small corner off, try it out and see how it works. Even then it can still kill you because fentanyl is measured in much smaller increments because it's so powerful that skin contact with a small amount has left many dead, including officers who were just arresting someone in the same vicinity as the drug. Moral of the story, don't go to YouTube or google to see what quick home tests you can do to reassure yourself that you didn't just get tricked. Cause the truth is, you might have and it's not worth your life or permanent organ damage.
With that being said, the most popular to copy are the M boxes and A215 so a word of advice, stay away from them at all costs. But again, dealers can still take the real thing and dust it with s*** to make it stronger. THE WORST PART ABOUT ALL THIS IS THAT BECAUSE OF THE ENDLESS POTENTIAL DRUG COMBINATIONS BEING USED TO MAKE FAKE OXY, EVEN IF YOU CALL AN AMBULANCE OR GO TO THE HOSPITAL THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO FOR YOU TO COUNTERACT THE EFFECTS BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW WHATS CAUSING IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Hey "Your Fake Spotter", I recently received several of the light blue M 30 pills. Five of the pills will not break when I attempt to snap them in half with my hand and when I rub them on my black T-shirt there is no powder residue wiping off. The blue color of the pill and the subsequent blue speckled is almost identical to the other pills, except the pills that will not break are very shiny, and when I try to use a knife to cut them in half they crumble. Any input?
