Please Do Not see Dr. Hasan. I saw her for 8 years and in the beginning, her and her staff really showed compassion and concern for the patients in pain. However, the last 3 years of seeing her suddenly turned into one big huge nightmare.

First off, the waiting time to be called in is excruciating. And if you are seeing Dr. Hasan, who arrives at her clinic just whenever she feels like it, you could be waiting for hours after your appointment time just to be called into the room. And if you complain or yell about the wait, she or her nurse practitioners drop you Instantly.

I never had a problem with failing a U/A or blood work and the one or two times I asked her to fill my meds early due to going out of state, she required me to bring the ones I had for a med count prior to an early refill. I did that and was never short on my meds.

Despite all of my passing of the un-necessary monthly U/A and blood work which she uses just to drain your insurance, Dr. Hasan kept lowering and lowering my pain meds until I either had to take some from other days in order to work my job with less pain, or not work at all due to increased pain. She had set me up for failure after 8 long years of being a dedicated patient.

And so, suddenly and without warning, her staff called and insisted I bring my meds in for a count. She had Never done that before. But I did as was instructed and told them beforehand that I was some pills short due to the continuous cutting down of my meds.

When I arrived and asked to go With the nurse for the count, I was refused. But before and after, the employee at the desk named Traey counted them with me and saw how little short I was.

The next appointment, a month later, Dr. Hasan said the nurse documented I was way more short on my pain meds than I actually was. In other words, Dr. Hasan set me up, had her nursing staff lie in my chart, and then she Discharged me as her patient...without warning and without a referral.

She has violated the rules and regulations set forth by the AMA and if I wanted to, I could of gotten her in much trouble. I later learned that she was doing this same ordeal to other patients as well. I have also learned that she had gotten into some trouble with the DEA and other authority, and was desperate to salvage her career. Former employees had told me this.

I have since found a real true pain management doctor. He and his whole staff really care about their patients. There are no unnecessary multiple U/A's and blood work. Finding this kind and compassionate pain management doctor, who is rated one of the Best And Most Compassionate in Wisconsin, makes me wish I would of dumped Dr. Hasan and found my new doctor 4 years ago.

I was completely honest with my new doctor about what had happened. For a month I was fearful that he nor any other pain doctor would treat me after being wrongfully discharged by Hasan. I'd heard the horror stories about this.

But I was extremely joyous and happy when he accepted me and started me on almost the same amount of pain meds I was receiving from Hasan! No more 5 to 7 hours of waiting to be seen. No more uppity disrespectfulness like I had been getting from Hasan and her staff.

Dr. Hasan starts out being ohh so nice. But after a while, her true colors start showing and she is like a wolf in sheep's clothing. Thanks for reading and I truly do hope that you heed my warning to stay away from Dr. Hasan!! The above is only how I saw what happened...how I viewed it. The statements I made about Dr. Nosheen Hasan and her staff are my opinions Only, and are made Only from my sole experience with them, and also from what former employees and co-workers have shared.

Hey, stop it. I also went to doctor Hasan before it became a nightmare. What this person posted was true to what I know that others have gone through.

Dr. Jeremy Scarlett out of Advanced Pain Managment. His offices are in Manitowoc/West Bend/Sheboygen.

Advanced Pain Managment has clinics all over Milwaukee. But I dont know about their other doctors. I just know that the vry day after Dr. Hasan wrongully discharged me last July after 8 years of being under her care, that Nightmare was Finally over.

Anyway, that very day and after praying, God told me to do a computer search. I did that. And on the First page, I was in tears and scrolling down. God then said "Stop Searching!" as soon as I came to Dr. Scarlett. Then He told me to call that number, and "Worry No More, as I have already won this worry for you!" And I tell you, God surely did because I called them and explained what happened...the Truth.

The lady scheduled me for an initial visit right away!! Normally, people need a referral. But she told me my insurance didnt require a referral. And so, summing up, had my first visit and Oh My God, they treated me with such kindness and compassion.

I was completely Honest with Dr Scarlett and his staff. He accepted me as new patient and right away, gave me Close to the amount of meds I Was on. Just recently, he increased my meds. Now I am back to what I was taking with Ole Bag Hasan.

APM and that staff there...they treat me so very good. They treat and talk to me like Im a human being and like I matter. Dr. Hasan and her staff treat patients so freaking poorly...like they are pure trash bums. I would not say that if it wasnt true. She didnt start off like that...or maybe she Did and I just took it thinking thats how Im supposed to be treated...I dont know really.

All I know is that Ole Muslim Bag Of Bones, Hasan, wrongfully discharging me and kicking me while I was already down, was God's Blessing In Disguise. It was the Best Thing that could of ever happened to me via pain managment issues go.

And Everyone, including my Wife and Mom in law, and others that were aware of my nightmare dr. Visits with Hasan, says the same thing. And I dont know what others believe...That is none of my business...

But my belief is in Lord God Jesus Christ. And believe me, this is Not the first time my God Jesus has pulled me out of the "fire!!" I owe Everything to Him!!

Hey, thank u for your post. I think I will be getting referred to Dr. Hasan. Now, I am completely panicked! I saw my old doc for 5 years and was prescribed methadone for pain, which helped millions. My meds were cut, I was seeing Dr. Setti until he retired and then the 12 docs I saw after, had me up and down in my script. I was short, dirty for that reason, and discharged, no questions asked. I am desperately seeking a genuine doc who actually cares about me. Please, tell me where u go now. I'm horrified of going to Dr. Hasan now but I am desperate for my meds.

Thank You, Sanmarie...for having my back and for supporting what I said about that dr., Dr. Hasan. Believe me, which I know you do.

But still, it is the Very Truth!! I would Not say it if it wasn't!! When she wrongfully discharged me, Hasan violated so many American Medical Association protocol, rules and guidelines that she was supposed to follow and do prior to discharging a patient...

She violated so many AMA rules, as I stated above, that if I would of called and filed a complaint and litigation, I could of gotten her Dr. License taken away. But "Vengeance Is Mine," Sayeth The Lord!! "I Will Repay!!"

As much as I wanted to seek vengeance against her and make that call, I didn't!! I dont know...Guess I just refused to stoop as low as her (Hasan). Besides, she will be having to answer for her actions. She will experience God's Wrath soon enough!!

Sorry to sound like I am preaching, lol. I am sure not trying to. I just have had some really great Blessings lately. And I am in my rare Very Appreciative mood!! LOL.

But anyway, on a different note, I really do truly Thank You for having my back about this, and letting people know that I am speaking Truth about Dr. Hasan!! Thanx!!

Thank you for your experience with your pain, I'm just starting to see many changes are coming, and not good! Looks like our wonderful government is taking over Pain Management. So far from what I see is they feel less meds helps your pain. I am scheduled to meet with a Pain Physiologist! Guess he or she will try to explain the new rules about pain meds. As time goes buy my back slowly deteriorates and my pain increases. I'll see how less meds will be helpful. Stay tuned!

Hey, try Dr. David Stein at 414-257-4673, or universal pain on north ave at 414-444-8670. Also Hassan's number is 414-771-6315. Let me know how they work. I have a lot more doctors that can help with pain that I have seen and know that they're legit. I've seen all three of those doctors and all gave me the meds for pain that work.

Yes, Dr. Hasan will give you your last prescription if she discharges you...But not because she is so nice and generous...Because it is the Law.

And I Do take Oxycodone. And yes, they have began trying to cut my meds down too. But only by 15mg. And Dr. Scarlett told me to try the cut-down for a month. If it didn't work well for me, he will then boost me back up.

And I have asked him and his Assistant several different times if they were trying to cut me totally off of my pain meds and everytime they have said Not At All!!

He told me that he knows I work a very physical job and has no intentions or plans of cutting my pain meds out completely, or even too low.

He said he knows that I wouldn't be able to work...at All...without my pain meds...And he would rather give them to me and have me working...Than Not give them to me and have me laid up at home and not work.

So I don't know what to tell you folks that are experiencing your stated negativity from him and from APM. I think this is the point in time where you say "Everyone is different...Every case is Different!"

But so far I'm going on 4 years seeing Dr. Scarlett and they've been very positive years. I've just seen his Assistant about a week ago. Besides, I'm not that worried about my meds being decreased by only 15mg per day.

They have decreased me before and when I let them know that the decrease did not work well with my pain, Dr. Scarlett would just increase it back up.

I think their point is that they just want patients to be Willing to at least Try a medication decrease just to see if it works out ok..Or a med change to something else to see if that helps. The main thing is you Have to Talk to Dr. Scarlett...And request to see Him, not the Assistant.

And you have to Communicate with him...Let him know that, "Hey doc, I just cannot make it well with this decrease in meds. I hurt constantly, so can you increase my meds back up?"

When I first started seeing him, he told me that he can tell even before the appointment is over..the difference between folks that walk in there and just Want pain meds for drugs, and those that are really in Need of them because the ones that Need them will always be willing to try med changes, decreases, etc...

I am.on this pain med crap Not because I just want it...But I am on it because I Need It and Have to take it in order to be able to work and have good solid Quality of Life!! And I have no doubt that most of you guys are in that same boat!

So...Just play the game...Go there to him or his Assistant, or whichever your pain doctor is, with an open mind and Willingness to try a slight decrease or med change.

And to the one here who says his doctor cut him down Instantly from 6 Oxycodone per day to 3 per day, if your doctor did Indeed just suddenly and swiftly cut your pain meds down that far, all at once, then I'd say to you...It's time to start looking for a new pain doctor because your current doctor who did that...Is clearly a pure Idiot..Or he lives with No Patient Caring and/or Compassion whatsoever!!

And please don't even Try to convince me that Dr. Scarlett is the one who did that because I know better!!

Lastly, I have been reading for at least 2 years now, going on 3 years, that Dr. Scarlett and APM is trying to cut everyone totally off of their pain meds. Folks, I just don't believe that. And also, regarding these med decreases..it's not Dr. Scarlett that's Doing it to us, nor is it most other doctors either...But it's our crappy ass Government...The FDA, and other officials and reps who undoubtedly have not once lived with excruciating pain for more than a day.

And someone was very right here...What they Should be doing is focusing on cutting down or stopping the sales of alcohol and cigarettes/tobacco...Both of them are drugs that are constantly abused!! But ohhh No, the FDA and officials won't even adhere to that ideation. Because if they did, those snobby snooty asses couldn't have their evening drinks to settle their crooked conscience!! Nor would they know what to even do with all of the fancy smoking rooms and cigar/cigarette clubs that they like running!

Anyway, this is my outlook on it all. Take it for what it's worth...How it's written here!! And I mean absolutely No Disrespect to Anyone here who is taking pain meds. The only ones who Know that, like me, you Need the meds or just Want the pain meds...Is you and your doctor!!! So don't let my words here offend ya. I deeply apologize if they do.

Hello,

If you live in Milwaukee, West Bend, Sheboygen, or Manitowoc, Wisconsin, or anywhere near one of these cities, do a Google.Search for Dr. Jeremy Scarlett of Advanced Pain Managenent. I would recommend seeing him first and getting established with him first. They have offices all over Wisconsin. And they have quite a few offices in Milwaukee.

Once you are established with Dr. Scarlett for a few months and there is an APM closer to the city you reside in, then you can ask them about transferring you.

He wont just give you a transfer and thats that! But Dr. Scarlett and his staff find another APM doctor for you. They will talk with doctors and find one that will continue the same treatment and meds that theyre treating you wirh, or as close to the same as possible.

But Dr. Scarlett...OMG...He and his Nurse Practitioner/ Assistant Christa...They are 2 ofa kind!! It just doesn't Get any better than Dr. Scarlett, Christa, and their whole staff!! They are the Absolute Best pain management folks yet!!

Hello,

I know what you are going through!! It is very rough and especially when you have been so badly mistreated by a doctor...A person who's supposed to be all about helping and caring for their patients.

But not all doctors are horrible. And I encourage you to give Advanced Pain Management a call. And if possible for you, schedule an initial appt. with Dr. Scarlett.

But whatever you do, stay away from Dr. Nosheen Hasan. Her and her staff are liars, rude, sometimes make patients wait for hours past their appt time, and the look down on the patients as if they were nothing but garbage!!! Your call though!!

Hello, and how are you doing this afternoon? Well back in 2009 I had the same problem with my doctor. I had a hysterectomy and the doctor cut my nerve to the point I had no feeling in the lower half of my stomach. I also have pain that pulls and jumps like I have baby in my stomach. I have to take pain pills everyday of my life until I'm free from it. Do you need anything or are you just venting?

I am having the same problem. I sit at home and suffer, yeah They gsve me a script for tramadol, which doesn't do a thing. My dx is bulging disk, narrowing in facets and sacrum, and cervical arthritis. I cry sometimes, because nobody takes me seriously, especially my doctors, and I feel so useless, and helpless, and doctors make me feel like a criminal if i ask for pain meds!!:)

If I hear about anyone, I will let you know! I'm going through the same thing here in Westfield WI! I've had several surgeries and the pain is so bad at times that I've fallen & passed out from the pain & ended up in the hospital & still the only thing they'll do is more scans/evaluations, every kind of shot you can get from tailbone to neck, more physical therapy and did finally give me 2 5/325mg. Hydrodocone a day! Why bother.... When I lived in TN then IL, I always got 4 8mg. Dilaudid a day along w/ 100mg fentanyl patches along w/ muscle relaxers. I have been in so much pain here that I can barely move anymore and have gained over 100lbs! I too wish I could find a Dr that will do his/her job and help me! If you happen to hear about a Dr. around me, please let me know as well. Please and thank you!

Hello,

I go to Advanced Pain Managment!! I started seeing them in Sheboygan and Manitowoc but my wife and I reconciled and I moved back to Milwaukee. So I started going to my APM doctor's West Bend Office. I tell ya, my APM pain dr., his Nurse Practitioner, and whole staff are the absolute Best!!

They treat me soo kind there...they treat me just what I am: A guy that is trying to work but just needs meds to management my intense pain. They treat me like a human being...Unlike Dr. Hasan and Jennelle who looks Down at their patients and treats them like they were ghetto street trash!!

I put up with her and the first 2 or 3 years with her were fine. Then all of a sudden her whole demeanor started changing and she became rude and so did her assistants.

And she would make patients wait for hours and hours before they were called. Many times I would have an appointment scheduled with her for like 10 or 11 AM. But it would be like darn near 4:30 or 5 PM before I would get called back.

Ohh, and if I showed any frustration at all about it, she would have her nurses threaten to discharge/drop me.

I had considered looking for a diff pain dr. But when I mentioned it, her nurses would tell me if I did and they were called by them with questions about me, or wanting my records, that Hasan would consider it Doctor Shopping, and would discharge me Immediately!!

I tell you this...It sure was a true Blessing in Disguise when she dropped me!! She had her nurses falsify my records so she could do that. But she did not know that I had been praying and praying for a new doctor and a way out of being treated by her sorry hateful ass!!

And though it did not seem like it at the time, her dropping me that day, 2014, after 8 horrendous years with her and her crap staff, was a true Blessing in Disguise! That very same day, immediately after dropping me, I researched and made a new appt with my new pain doctor.

OMG!! From that very first day on, he and his whole staff and Everyone at APM has been so very kind! And no more unnecessary insurance draining drug testing. I mean, APM does test but it's random. Not every month without reason. Oh, and they don't make you give Blood tests!!

It has just really been Wonderful with my new pain doctor. And I have a wonderful rep with them. My integrity is never questioned.

Dr. Hasan and that POS assistant she has named Jennelle...Rather than show me caring and compassion, they kicked all over me when I was down and during one of the worst times in my life...When my wife and I were separated and about to divorce! I will never ever forget their hatefulness, unprofessional ism, the many AMA violations they committed, and the hateful entity named Wheaton Franciscan, that stood behind and supported this hateful, lazy, snobby doctor known as Dr. Nosheen Hasan!!

And they all deserve exactly what they have coming to them, whatever Retribution it may be.
