I have a drug test to take... I am prescribed suboxone...but I wanted to be sure nothing else showed up since it had been a month since I had marijuana... I tested positive for oxycodone... In fact it was a high reading... I had just taken a strip under the tongue but that has been the only thing I have been taking... So hope this was helpful to anyone.

I weigh 100lbs and took 3 8mg Suboxone strips with in two days and I need to know based on my weight and how much I took of the drug with the help of taking a Nicion tablet 50mg a day how fast can I get the Suboxone out my system ?? It's Friday night now and I took the last Sub around 8pm and I see my probation this coming Thursday for a drug test.. Will it be out my system in time?

I've been taking Suboxone for maybe 8 or 9 months now. I've never failed a drug test. And the only reason I'm on them is because I had major back surgery a few years ago, and was on pain pills for a few years. ( Perocets ) And things were starting to get out of control. I spoke to my insurance, due to trying to come off them myself, and became really sick. Insurance spoke of a program that they did cover. ( Suboxone ) I had no clue at the time what this med was all about. but came to find out it would help with withdrawals, and if you worked the program it would help you off addictive pain meds. Come to find out that Subs can have bad withdrawals also....But as I was saying, I've been on them i'm guessing going on 8 or 9 months. I was speaking to the clinic that I go to earlier today, and said the lab tests came back showing oxymorphone. And I had never even heard of such thing. Now they said don't worry, people make mistakes...And you will most likely get a warning, but that's not the point, I like my Doctor, shes never had a problem with me. And it is a MISTAKE. I'm not looking to get high, or drunk, or to party, I live quietly with my wife, i'm 42 years old....I just wanted off all of this mess....My problem is I don't know how this happened, and I cant fix it, if I don't know how it happened, if she believes that I have taken something, then I will not find the solution to why this happened, and i'm sure I will not get many chances, if even I get more than one chance. I was reading a comment from an earlier post on here (post #16 by SoberingTruth). Up until two months ago, all my appointments were around 12 pm to 1 pm. I never failed....These last two have been around 8 and 9 a.m. with little over an hour drive to get there. With it being so early in the morning, I was taking my first strip on the way there. Could this really be true? Am I taking it to soon before the test? I go back on the July 21st. I don't want this to turn out "Its okay Mike, everyone slips up." I don't want this to be on my record, or a first warning. I want to know why it happened, so I can make sure it never happens again. Thank you Sincerely for any information you may have, i'm reading everything I can find. But not really getting any answers. The best answer came from post #16.

To: Dad, if you are responding to me, the urine test I took at the clinic just tests for opiates, it didnt show or did show just as an opiate if suboxone shows as an opiate, then they send it to a lab to see if there are any other type of opiates hiding in your system, maybe from being masked from suboxone. But Ive heard that subs dont show up as an opiate. but if thats so, then how did I pass their cup test at the clinic, but failed on the lab. I just got done talking to the head person at the clininc, and they said there was no way the lab test was wrong, that I had to have taken something. so since they rather you say you relapsed. and be truthful. so I HAD TO LIE about telling the truth, and cop to taking something I did not take. I know, no one believes me.....What can I say. All I can say is thank the Lord that they give you two warnings. Its just, with them I was always the honest one, gave them no problems, never failed a test in 9 months. and now I have to say I took something that I didnt take

Not a good idea. Because it'll pry give you a positive result for opiates, from what I have read. U have to let ur body metabolize the Sub for it to show as Bupe.

I've been on Suboxone for awhile. On July 5th, 2017 my Suboxone Dr texted me saying his office is closed for legal issues, I found another Dr but they wanna see if I have Suboxone in my system, it's been 6 days without, will they believe me? Will it come up in my urine?
