The white round pill in description is identified as Trazodone hydrochloride (100 mg).

Manufacturer: Vintage Pharmaceuticals Inc.
National Drug Code (NDC): 00603-6161

Trazodone is indicated for: Clinical depression with or without anxiety. Insomnia, Fibromyalgia, to aid in sleeping. Control of nightmares or other sleep disturbances.
