Valprine is a simple mispelling for Valparin.
Valparin (also referred to as sodium valproate or valproic acid) is an antiepileptic / anticonvulsant medication.
This medication is most commonly known for treating seizures, migraine headaches and bipolar disorder.
Valparin has also been evaluated for the treatment of AIDS and cancer, due to its histone deacetylase-inhibiting effects.
On the flip side, Valparin does have a lot of potential side effects: which can be viewed at: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMHT0012594/?report=details#side_effects
Hope this info helps!
