Subutex Doctor - East Coast - Help Me Find One Please!!!! (Page 13) (Top voted first)

I have been on Subutex for a year. My Doctor has retired, abruptly. I cannot find another physician willing to prescribe me Subutex (24 mg. daily) instead of Suboxone. I travel a lot w/ work. I would be grateful if anyone could tell me ANY Doctor anywhere on the East Coast that prescribes Subutex. Suboxone breaks me out in horrible itchy rashes and welts, makes breathing a little difficult and gives me blinding headaches- within ten to fifteen minutes of taking it. I am serious about recovery. Can someone help?!

No he CAN NOT take you off while being pregnant no matter what happens. It can cause death of the fetus. I was in 200mg fentaynl and 6 oxy 40 for break thru pain for a accident I was involved in and when I found out I was pregnant I was so upset that they wouldn’t let me get off everything and put me on subutex. Here I am 6 years later clean off everything and coming down off my subutex (they did try switching me but ended up in the hospital with epileptic shock I was allergic to suboxone) good luck but NO HE CAN NOT TAKE YOU OFF

I was on suboxone 4 months and then my Dr died. I am desperate. 2mg suboxone 4 times a day.

Theres a place in Baltimore which I just applied to work today but they seemingly altered their posting and rid the link and ion. However I do recall it saying medal visits were $65!!!! Which is so low. Msg places charge 400 or so per visit plus the medsbwhicu also cost 200 for 30 strips!!
I do know if you are a Fairfax resident you can call ADS servucesband they have a freebplan with 5 for medication if you aren't insured (for the rx and office visits are 2 bucks !! If not an optio I am going through w/ds now and had been goin to Ace care on south washing on St in Falls Church. I also know the first program mentioned has clinics from MD to PA to DE. Ny is also simple. Hope this helps bc that winded me. In exchange do you know any drs in n VA that dispense pain meds easily bc I went cold turke off 12 mg of subs and wanna step it down with pills bc thet have shorter half lives

Good news to all of those recovering, AND especially BAD news to all those DOCS and offices making a living on the addicts, and ripping them off. There is a trial drug (buprenorphine) going thru clinicals right now, and its for major depression, yeah thats right, soon hopefully, this drug will be approved for major depression, and will be easier to get, and FINALLY the psychiatric world will consider this for depression, making it much easier to get. Clinicals are taking place soon and if you want to get back to me, I can give more info, where, etc... GOODLUCK!!!

Its gonna be hard..effective july 1st,. Only pregnant females will get subutex..all others will be subbies due to o-d laws coming down the road.

If you need a doctor in south jersey to help you get off oxy's and put you on subutex/suboxine - I prefer subutex because I got deathly ill on suboxine. The name of the place is addiction medicine. If you can't find the number post your number and I will call. Sorry I don't give out my number or the doc's on a site like this. Wish you the best.
