Pharmacies That Carry Buprenorphine Made By Mylan Or Roxanne 54 411 (Page 16)

I've been taking Buprenorphine 8mg for 3 1/2 years now, all of a sudden every pharmacy in our area (that I know of) has switched the manufacturer they are order from, frustrating to me as I just seem to see a difference all though there shouldn't be. Does anyone know a pharmacy that still carries bup mg with the imprint 54 411?

Looking for Pharm that carry the 54411 in the Cincinnati area!! Walmart, CVS, Walgreens all carry something different any help.

Hi David..hey thx for the info... I was actually thinking about doing this too..I'm not sure what it is or what medications I'm taking that's dragging me down. But something has..so I started thinking what's going on.. so when I read this I started thinking right now ... could it be the Rhodes? I mean I'm somewhat lazy anyway more more than norm..the doctor put me on amitriptyline i got very groggy so just into a week now I'm on nortriptyline so idk. I will update you my dear friend..merry Christmas/ happy holidays..to you and your loved one..ps. update me tho because I'm very interested on what I might or should do

Merry Christmas to you and family too. I definitely am happier with the WESTWARD/HIKMA It's a more energetic feeling and lasts longer for me. I was so tired allll the time from Rhodes and felt after four to five hours a bit edgy. I can go a good 16 hours before I get a bit sweaty detoxing sensations with the Westward. I like one at around 1 or 2 in the afternoon then 1 1/2-2 tabs around 6-8 pm. A half will hold me all day too. But.... For me I prefer Westward. Make sure your hubby controls them for you. They're prone to give ya boost for a good two hours and very tempting to take just for that boost. After I first got them I said to self that these are best. I felt more alive too.

David, so you have definitely peaked my curiosity!! I agree with you about the somewhat being tired more than usual, I didn't know what to pin it down to. So I'm going to see if I can find the westward hikma still in my area. To give them a try once more. Then I will be able to narrow down what has been going on with me thx for all your support and updates

My p.m. doc is talking about putting me on Buprenorphine. But says I have to stop taking my Hydrocodone 10/325 & Oxycodone HCL ER 10mg Before I do so. I've had to stop taking my Fentynal 25MCG patches due to MME limit( thanks FDA, DEA & CVS for ensuring I am safe!!). My question is should I along with this & will the Bup. help with my pain? Please note that I have been on these meds for years. I am just afraid of the withdrawels. Also afraid he's doing this to make himself look good to the ' powers that be ' in showing that he has 1 less patient on the above listed evil opiods. So, is Buprenorphine a good replacement ? Thanks everyone.

I dont take my buprenorphine for pain, mines from addiction, but still people do take it for pain so it must work. I'd ask the doctor how many a day he plans on giving you. Like I take 8mg 3x aday..sometimes 4.dont accept anything under 3 aday for pain...it will definitely work for w/d and if you do I'm sure most in these groups will tell you either ask for hikma or Rhodes brand, anything else in somewhat junky..good luck.

Hi Bobby, I too take mine for addiction. I have my L-3 and L-4 fused together and subsequently took opiods for that pain. I will say since taking the Buprenorphine the pain is considerably less. It appears by what meds you've been taking, that you have some serious pain that needs treating with the strong opioids you mentioned. I will say that Buprenorphine saved my life of 40+ years of abuse off and on. You will need to experience at least 24 hours without anything before you would take the buprenorphine. But I guarantee you will get relief from any withdrawals very quickly with Buprenorphine. Hopefully you will get some pain relief too and get away from the addictive effects of opioids. Buprenorhine is in the same family but will not give you the euphoric feeling that you may be used to. It's pretty crappy that people that honestly need opioids for pain may suffer even more due to new constraints on doctors and pharmacies. Not sure what state you're in. I am in California and my doctor is allowed to prescribe 120 - 8mg buprenorphine a month for me. More and more doctors are prescribing it for pain and there are a good number of folks on this board that take it solely for pain. Hopefully they can help you more with this. Best wishes to you.

Absolutely. I couldn’t believe how well Buprenorphine works. Much better than opiates ever did for me. The doctor kept, upping and upping the opiates and I kept pushing them back at him. Then he said, this is the only thing that’s going to work for your pain. I wish they would’ve mentioned Buprenorphine way before opiates. Then my body wouldn’t have gotten so weak. Now my crippling diseases are so far progressed the damage is done and most of it can’t be repaired. I never had a problem with addiction and I was out in California in December of 2017 seeing a doctor for my Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and to take me off of opiates. I was afraid of being on them and mainly because of what opiates donto your body. The doctor in California even told me I wasn’t a addict. He told me with my crippling so bad, for me to have any quality of life, I’ll have to stay on heavy pain medication for the rest of my life. At least I’m better now. I do even better in the summer months than the winter months. I hope everything works out for you.

Very happy you're having success with Buprenorphine for pain. It really has given me a stable life emotionally/mentally. The opiates over the years that I abused got me to this point. Brought on a never before depression and other mental issues. Short term as needed is ok... If one can do that. I cannot. This medication prevents depression, aids in my spinal pain as well as issues due to heavy labor in the construction industry. It prevents cravings and alcohol abuse and or use. I never liked booze. But a beer on a hot day was nice. But one cannot use alcohol in any form while on Buprenorphine. I don't miss booze anyway. Some day I'd love to be off this but I know I'm not ready. Meditation is a big help for me too. But this is only MY experience. We all respond differently. Some like Actavis, some Hitech, some Rhodes and like me prefer Westward Hikma. The Rhodes made me feel like a zombie like methadone state and made me crave it. Not good for this addictive personality. Again we are all different. Best to all in 2019.

Hi guys! Peeps form Colorado/denver, I have a question? Need some help. I changed insurance from Kaiser to United Health care and have had a heck of a time finding a addiction/provider to maintain my 12mg of Bup/ westward. I have been very stable on 12mg daily for 7yr and now I need to find a pharmacy that carries 2 or 8mg tabs of bup/westward brand. Does anyone from Co know of a pharmacy that carries buprenorphine 2 or 8mg ???? thanks for your help!

If you think the Purdue May dispense Rhodes Pharmaceuticals buprenorphine is crap than you think that brand name sub you text is crap because the roads generic is completely identical to brand name sub you text and active and inactive ingredients so I guess you prefer generic to brand name Subutex

Also the 54 411 are no longer made by Roxanne which were the best when they were around or even made by Westward anymore there now made by himka in India. I also literally have all three plus roads generic so I have the Roxanne which are old and no longer available Roxanne 54411 s then I also have the westward ones and the new himka ones and I can tell you that without a doubt the Rhodes Pharmaceuticals generic made by Purdue is 2 times more potent and last two times longer than any of the 54411 generics except the old Roxanne formulation which is no longer available unfortunately so anyone who knows everything about all eight generic manufacturers knows that roads and Teva are the best generic South and honestly Teva and roads are identical to brand name subutex and every way and in every active and inactive ingredient so if someone is on here posting they are saying they don't like the Rhodes pharmaceutical generic the rbba imprinted tablets and you guys are pretty much saying that you don't even like brand name Subutex because that's what they are out of their chemical makeup they're identical

This message goes out to everybody taking buprenorphine and that is simple Rhodes Pharma made by Purdue and Teva generics are identical to brand name Subutex. Also, Teva buprenorphine is near if not impossible to get at this time. The old Roxanne 544 elevens were great and wonderfully made but they are no longer that way anymore. Rhodes Pharma is brand name Subutex and anyone who says different is wrong. The active and inactive ingredients are identical, same with Teva, they're identical active and inactive ingredients to brand name Subutex. So if you don't like the TV show or the Rhodes generic you are stating that you don't even like the brand name Subutex which everybody is different. Every type of medication works different and is not one-size-fits-all, but when it comes down to it, Rhodes are brand-name Subutex in the US at this time and you won't find better than Rhodes as they no longer do brand name subutex in the states and you probably won't find Teva generics because Teva buprenorphine is pretty much extinct at this time, but Purdue's made Rhodes pharmaceutical tablets are brand-name subutex. They are identical in every way except for the shape and the imprint. So every time I see someone on here saying they don't like Rhodes generic it's just like hearing I don't like the brand name drug Subutex, but I like Mylan better which just goes to show me of how much people don't know their pharmaceutical information and how much generic medications get into people's heads.

Now I'm not saying that generic medications don't vary. I'll be the first person in the whole world to tell you that all generic medications differ in many ways including potency but for anyone who's saying Rhodes generic sucks, is not good, is saying brand name Subutex is no good, so for me I'm going to pick Rhodes generic every time because it's like getting brand name Subutex which you can no longer get in the states anymore and it's like getting brand name Subutex without having to pay so much that you would anywhere who does dispense brand name Subutex. So I'm getting very tired of hearing Rhodes generics are no good because it's the same as brand name people. So if you can pick your generic I would recommend picking Rhodes since it's the same as brand-name Subutex if you can get Teva Pharmaceuticals buprenorphine I would be amazed and would love to know where you're getting it from but Teva is also identical in inactive and active ingredients in their buprenorphine but Teva is like I said extinct so if you can find them let me know but when it comes down to it if you want the best generic buprenorphine out there it needs to be Teva Pharmaceuticals or the Rhodes generic because they are the same as brand-name Subutex. When it comes down to it if you're looking for the best generic for buprenorphine it's going to be roads or Teva Teva Pharmaceuticals buprenorphine is pretty much extinct but roads generic is not it is that identical medication in every way except in Prince they are identical in active and inactive ingredients so when people say roads generic is no good you're pretty much saying brand name Subutex is no good so the best generic anybody could get for buprenorphine is Rhodes Pharmaceuticals or Teva Pharmaceuticals which good luck finding Teva. Very tired of hearing that Rhodes Pharmaceuticals buprenorphine sucks cuz for one it's made by Purdue so it's very high quality and two if you look up the ingredients it's identical and inactive inactive ingredients to brand name Subutex so when I hear someone say road sucks or doesn't work for them I'm just thinking wow they're pretty much saying brand name Subutex doesn't work for them and if that's the case it might be time to find a new medication that may work for you cuz if brand name Subutex i e Rhodes does not work for you then that's a problem or it's in your head

Also other than noting that roads is identical to brand name sub you text there are no more made Roxane buprenorphine 54 4 11s so I'm sorry to say that people can no longer get Roxanne made buprenorphine the westward ones we're not even comparable to their old former maker Roxanne at also then they changed to himka.which are honestly crap they fall apart like powder the imprints barely stay on there and I'm just I hate to say it but sorry people there are no longer any good 54 411 buprenorphine tablets. No more ROXANNE OR WESTWARD and the 54 411 were only good when roxanne was still around and sorry they are not. the himka 54 411 are ranicdly horrible amd rhodes is brajd name in every way lol. stick with rhodes while we still have a good generic rhodes rp b8 or teva if u can find. Roxanne is no more neither is westward bup amd himka is trash

The ones you are getting are certainly not made by roxanne, no way. Roxanne stopped making them over a year ago. They sold to westward then westward sold to himka. So what u get are 54 411 tablets made by himka pharma made in india. I wish roxanne still made the 54 411 but they dont and haven't in years. You either have some westward pharma possibly if your pharmacy had any left. Look on the bottle, it will say mfg himka. Sorry I wish roxanne still did. They were great but sorry, nope, what you are getting is the last of westward that has been siphoned out through the last year or you r getting himka made 54 411. Sorry, not roxanne. I wish.

Just because they have the same imprints doesn't mean that they are the same generic manufacturer generic Manufacturing pharmaceutical companies keep all generic manufacturers old imprints and or formulations in this case they certainly do not keep Roxanne's formulation they have change them to a chalky garbage pill with the same imprints but they are not what they were when Roxanne made them they were shiny and sturdy pills when roxanne made them they're no longer that way so Westward and himka is using the same imprints as Roxanne did but that doesn't mean it's the same formulation at all in some cases that does happen but not with buprenorphine Roxanne's are gone for good

No problem, give me a day or 2 and I will help locate a pharmacy for you that has in my opinion garbage himka 54 411, but love u all and will help u find the himka india made 54 411s. You also can call all pharmacies that are not walgreens or cvs around you, preferably a mom and pop's pharmacy or a pharmacy within a hospital and ask them which generic do they have and ask them if they're willing to order in the himka pharma bup 8mg. Let them no it is for good qty amount so they will be happy to take on your prescription because it will make them money and see if they'll order it for you. Let them know you get refills and you get it monthly and they'll be happy to order in that generic for you because that means they'll keep getting your monthly business for it.
