I have taken amoxicilina many times during my life; bought in the US and in Honduras. This last week I got a bottle of 60 capsulas while in Cozumel, to complete my antibiotic treatment (I lost the previous amoxi I was taking). I am very familiar with the smell and taste of amoxicilina and penicillin. I open the capsules when I take it, it tastes bad, and has a unique taste & smell (also in urine). The current bottle I just purchased, red & white capsulas, is a white powder with NO taste nor smell. Furthermore, it appears to have no affect on my sinusitis, and NO odor in urine. Years ago, given to each of us once per day for keeping mosquitos from biting & if they bit us, would not cause problems. ## Where can I find Sulfur and Cream of Tarter Wafers? I took them as a kid and never had any problems with bug bites and ticks and we played in the woods every day. As I got older I never had acne. If so, it is an antibiotic used to treat various types of infections. However, the length of treatment and dosing depends on the type and severity of infection being treated and this site is not medical professionals to make a guess at that. Not all sore throats are caused by infections and using these if it isn't creates problems. I find these orange in my daughter room,I need to know what they are.They have NOVO on one side and a straight line on the other. ## This is a Canadian tablet and NovoPharm lists it as containing 300mgs of Penicillin V Potassium, which is an antibiotic. I'm currently dealing with a severe sinus infection, and traditionally, regular penicillin has always been effective for me. Normally, I take a 500mg dose. I have a problem with blockage in my ear. It started last week when I had the flu. My flu is sorted out now, but my left ear is still blocked. Is it ok if I use moxypen 500? ## I had a grommet fitted abou 20 years ago and i am very often getting ear infection. I get penicillin and prednicort from the chemist but doesnt cure the problem for longer than 3 months. The area around the ear stays swollen and I had a scan done but shows nothing of interest.
