Pain Doctors In Vermont

I'm looking for a pain doctor in Burlington Vermont. I have peripheral neuropathy in my feet and rheumatoid arthritis. The doctors just give me gabapentin which does nothing for the nerve pain.

I have been to Dr. Pino twice and he just gives the spinal inj's., all of the pain clinics around here just do that. They are connected to the hospital and that's how they make all of their money. Plus spinal inj's. aren't FDA approved. I'm looking for a doctor that will give me pain medication for my neuropathy pain and rheumatoid arthritis and degenerative disc disease but all the doctors gave me is gabapentin which does not work for nerve pain relief. The antidepressants have made things much worse, well the cymbalta, lyrica, celexa and effexor did. Thanks for the help.
