I use these and they work great. I was on the Roxanna Pharma ones that were circular in size and these orange ones work way better. Wish I had been on them from the start.

Mary you are so ignorant it's sickening. Can you please find me a website (reputable) that says that people like subutex better cuz they can still feel high? You are so ignorant and way off base talking like that. Please find me a link that says subutex has no BLOCKER in it and I will apologize to you but you should be apologizing to everyone for that comment. I just received my CADC and took college courses just on pharmaceutical options for addiction. Once again because obviously people can't read or don't like to be told they're wrong either way Suboxone and Subutex both contain buprenorphine which has a much stronger bind to the miu receptor than any opiate or opioid out there that is what keeps you from getting the high feeling. Now this is the same in both subutex and suboxone. The bupre. Prevents you from feeling high but does not keep you from overdosing. Now suboxone has naloxone and this is why people spread the wrong info which will kill someone for reading the wrong info. The naloxone only gets activated when heated or cooked up. It is there simply to deter misuse/diversion of the medication. That is naloxones one and only function. Again please post a site that says differently... in fact I challenge anyone to find a reputable site that says differently or that says "people that use subutex use it cuz they don't want to get clean, they want to feel high". If naloxone were a BLOCKER then how come narcan shots bring a person who overdosed back to life but does not prevent them from going right back out 20 minutes later and feeling high again? Because naloxone/narcan literally rips the opiates from your miu receptor in order to bring you back but it does not bind to that receptor. Again I challenge anyone that thinks different to show the proof. Once you look and see I know what I'm talking about please please stop saying wrong info and from being so ignorant and saying people that use subutex use it cuz they still feel high with opiates. That is seriously so disgraceful to say especially when you are not even correct about how the meds work...Mary I am going to pray for you and for the knowledge and wisdom and to hopefully stop saying the most inconsiderate and unbacked up statement I have EVER heard!

I have said this before..I was taking anywhere from 15 to 20 pk's A DAY. I took my first prescribed SUBUTEX the evening I took my 19th pk for the day...like within 3 hours apart. This PK I took by the way was my last! Almost 2 years later..anyway, I look my SUBUTEX and did NOT have any withdrawals what so ever. That was 3 hours after my 19 pain pill. SO, NO..not only did my dr tell me this but so did my pharmacist, with SUBUTEX, there are no precipitated withdraws. I and all the people I know that take SUBUTEX have also said, no withdraws what so ever. Suboxone on the other hand will give you the horrible WD's if you are IV'ing a drug then take Suboxone. Anyway...It is what it is...I wish everyone well. I'm 2 years clean. My advise...if you have been lucky enough to get on this awesome medication...don't abuse it! Take it for the right reasons, and stay clean!!!

For one, don't put people down, or call them retarded! Now, on that note.. There may not be a difference in what they are supposed to do, but there is a huge difference in how they make you feel! Subutex vs Suboxone. I personally don't like the Suboxone, the naloxone crap makes me sick, as well makes others sick at times. Also, Subutex is straight up buprenorphine, it's easier for me to dose etc..also, Subutex to me lasts longer.. Remember, when having anything mixed with something else it can cause differences in how they work. Just because the next person has issues with Suboxone doesn't make them a liar..If you do fine on Suboxone..Great! Continue on!

The white round "54 411" 8mg buprenorphine tablets are manufactured by "WEST-WARD" who acquired Roxanne. Trust me, I would know... was in deals with McKesson and the white ones are not as good. They're also wayyy harder to come off of when the other ones work better and you can detox easier and quicker...

Amber, if you take subs and then oxycodone 30mg later YOU WILL NOT GO INTO WITHDRAWAL.

However, if you take a oxycodone 30mg and 2 hrs later take a subutex, you're done!!

Many ppl don't really know the answers here. They just post their experience. I am a recovering opiate addict (of 11 yrs active addiction) and have been on subs for 2 1/2 yrs now.

Trust me, I am here to tell you that you will not get sick by taking an opiate later on in the day after taking a sub. But one thing is for sure, you "feel" that oxycodone 30mg but not really. You are not feeling it as much as you normally would without the sub in your system.

if you try to take suboxone, yes the naloxone is supposed to put you into precipitated withdrawal.... And that's weather or not you have opiates in your system.

I thought there was a roxane shortage cause went over there opiate quata I finally got the surf b I ads last month an today when picked up subs everywhere had none said could have tommoro one place said they have the actavis tommoro couple places had the hi tecs no way so went to wally an gf gave me my usual two manufacture bottle sealed 30 n each an I'm ocd so I get that way so don't have count a hun times so guess whites back on deck were my favorite subutex until got the surf boards but my friend diff says he gotta done alot more me I think the filler must be more water soluble cause cut a quarter of a 8 mg take to the head take my benzos an I'm good

That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. No matter which one you have or even if it's suboxone or subutex it is still 8 MG of bupe!!! All of this one is stronger than the other is just retarded. 8mg is 8mg. If you think you feel different it's just you letting your brain play tricks on you. I know all this from YEARS of experience!!!

Yes if you take suboxone shortly after using opiates you will go into precipitated withdrawals because of the naloxone in it. Subutex doesn't have naloxone in it.

I`m pretty sure that these new orange subutex have a blocker in them because I used opiates an then did one of these new subutex an went through instant withdraw within 40 minutes of taking it. At first I didn`t think it was a subutex cause there isn`t suppose to be a blocker in it but there most certainly is a blocker in them. So for anybody who uses opiates make sure u wait 24 hrs. before taking the new orange subtext.

Suboxone is not the same as subutex......and buphenorphine is most certainly not the blocker it is the derivative of morphine..................if you take suboxone and take other drugs your likely to end up sick or deathly ill depending on dose.......if you take subutex you can still do other forms of opioids but i feel sorry for you cause your basically still a junkie if the meds you get to help you continue life and get away from drugs lol.......listening to some online drug addict tell you they love the moons and the white 54 511 don't make them as good its absurd...... please get proper info.......thank you.

Believe me, if I had it my way, I would be taking 2mg by Hi-Tech in the morning and my 2mg by Activas in the evening (the orange subutex). Because yes, they do last longer. But I find that in the long run, anything that last longer is going to be worse ultimately at point of withdrawal. That is unless you plan on being on them for the rest of your life. Which is the case for a lot of bupe patients.

That just propaganda just not true this is hopefully going right person this is to who wrote the naloxone makes so can't abuse the same way once u have already switched from a full agonist to a antagonist /agonist it don't matter u could iv all day the suboxone company had to come out and admit that they new that buprenorphine itself binds more to opiate receptors than naloxone now if u on a full agonist I wouldn't want either one if still had a full agonist on the brain when I tried at 18 to inject ampule of I think was .3 of buprenorphine made the sickest ever like ahhh ya b&R had to admitt all marketing to seem less abuse prone but if your opiate naive or already on a mixed agonist antagonist makes no difference what makes a difference is if u got a impaired liver like me ya makes the bupernorphine build up more an the reason I can't be on suboxone cause the biggest build up is of naloxone so takes it alot higher then four to one ratio plus I'm already super sensitive to it why two years ago went with subutex to start with n my state the home state that makes suboxone all that I've ever got filled is roxane labs 8 mg brand 54 411 an then started some pharmacies having HI Tek brand 8mgs small round with the arrow one side 8 on other so is it true now there are no more 54 411 cause that's what I ask for an the ones that carry hi tek I skip cause guess it's my Route of taking the hi tek so small guess I no it's just less filler so a more active ingredient less filler than roxane but the amount of hi tek so small I would use album 60 pills up I like to do a Lil here an there so when wilk they stop making roxane is it for good an when will VA get the subutex moon ones? What's the size of them are they sweet or chemical taste?
