Dr. took me off Klonopin after years of use. She obviously did not know how as she took me completely off in 8 days. I am going through the worst withdrawals. What can I do?

Is there anyone that might know whether or not apple cider vinegar will help with klonopin withdrawal? I just want off of this medicine. Can you take apple cider vinegar with klonopin?

Re: david (# 20)

I would go to a pysch doctor or look up stress reduction centers. If you can stay off do it. Also, it seems getting less potent benzos to wean off with really help...I know some who used librium and another valium with cbd pills. Benadryl will help for some sleep but for me I'm stuck. It's what saved me but also sucks having to take something.
