Im scared when that happens throwing up little blood at end . I have 2 herniated discs in lower back and degenarative neck pain that's why Dr presribed me the pain med. So why would there b blood when I get nauseous and throw up? Any answers? ## Hello, Sunshine! How are you? Yes, it is most likely from an ulcer or gastritis, both of which can result in stomach bleeding. It would be best to have it checked out, since it can get very painful and possibly life threatening, if left to worsen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. How often does it happen? ## If you are having episodes of coughing up blood, it IS NOT from the acetaminophen and hydrocodone bit...

I found a pill with the imprint L917 on it and dont know what it is. It is not scored and has no manufacturer name. What is it? ## I can't find a listing for this in any of our resources, which does make sense, because most of the tablets with an L followed by three additional numbers are over the counter items and they are not required to log their imprints with the FDA. Was it found in the U.S.? Does anyone else recognize this? ## I was prescribed hydrocodone 5 mgs and found a white oblong pill with l917 no line in the center of the pill just L917 and on the pill the bottle it says watson pharmacueticals but i cant find L917 in watsons data base. So I really want to know what kind of pills these are because I know they are not hydrocodone. wallgreens filled the script and they hav...

I have a white round pill with numbers 4431 on it, need ID. ## Is that the complete imprint? Are there any additional letters, numbers or logos? ## If the other side of the pill has a logo over the number 200, then it is most likely Misoprostol 200 mcg (NOT Hydrocodone). NDC: 0172-4431, now discontinued. [1].

Pill 35 95 scored one side, V on the other side ## is this a real pain reliver? The pill is described as Hydrocodone Bitratrate 15mg with Dicod301 with Cyclizine hydrochloride 25mg with Benzylbenzoate 0.01% ## Based on the description provided, the pill you have is Acetaminophen 650 mg + Hydrocodone 7.2 mg (NDC 0254-3595). Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain. ## Need for nerve spasms in back from spine injury. What steps need to be followed to get this prescribed?

I am super scared... I have taken a total of 17 hydrocodone 10/300 today. I read (afterward) that 90mg of hydrocone is lethal. I have tried to make myself vomit to get the last pills out, but I cant tell if what is coming up is a dissolved pill or just mucus. I dont want to die!! I dont know what to do. Going to a hospital is not an option, I have children sleeping & no one tp watch them..... ## Hey I'm here :/ ## You need to get checked out for side effects of taking too much Acetaminophen/Tylenol. Anything over 4,000 in a 24 hr period can be toxic. You won't immediately feel the side effects of this, but you do need to get checked out. ## To the user who started this thread, I strongly agree with post #2 in that you should get your levels checked to make sure you don't...

Given your complicated medical history, it is very important that you only take medications as prescribed by your doctor. The FDA warns that Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. They are, however, safe to cut, since this formulation is not available as time released.

I filled my hydrocodone prescription online & I thought it was supposed to come from Canada but it came from India. It doesn't look like the hydrocodone I have received from American pharmacies. The pills I received are oblong, yellow and have I-MR imprinted on one side. They are supposed to be Hydrocodone 7.5/750. Do you think they actually are? ## There is no way to say for sure, I am not finding the imprint listed anywhere, though I have looked several times at different resources. That is the hazard of ordering online, especially if the pharmacy is not licensed in the U.S. and/or you have no prescription. Does anyone else know anything about these tablets? ## Look guys, hydrocodone isn't made in India..It is only available in the US, Germany (In pure form for coughs only...

I am prescribed Oxycodone 30 mg. ,6X/day. I was running short so I took Hydrocodone for about 4 days to catch up. I have stopped taking the Hydrocodone 10mg. for at least 48 hours. I am back on my Oxycodone. If both show up I will obviously be kicked out . Could the Hydrocodone 10 /500 be out (not show on my UA) after 48to 56 hours? ## There is really no way to say with any certainty. Narcotics are usually detectable for 4 to 5 days, after taking them, but this can vary, depending on the amounts used, your individual metabolism, overall health, activity levels and many other factors. In reality, some people's bodies tend to process them out very fast, but there are others that find themselves still testing positive months and rarely, years after they've taken a medication. Are t...

For some 6-8+ years now, i have been taking 7.5/325 Hydrocodone (HYDROCO/APAP); generic name Qualitest. The pill is colored (pinkish/orange) with a "v" inscribed on one side; not 100% sure of Manufacturer; possibly NORCO or PAR P.; Qualitest has ALWAYS been the most reliable version of Vicodin/Hydrocodone. At any rate, much to my surprise several months ago, i had a script filled but when i opened vial, it was filled with WHITE (Watson) tablets; i was told that Qualitest was no longer available. The next morning (basically every morning) i awakened with a significant amount of pain and got myself up to take my normal/regular dose but after more than enough time for what would have relieved the pain; i felt NO relief whatsoever; after a second pill, i started to feel nauseous and...

I have been taking 5-500 acetaminophen for my rheumatoid for a few years now with no issues and good blood test results every 3 to 5 months. My new insurance company just changed it to 3-325. I've taken about 80 over the past few weeks and have developed thick red painful rashes on my thighs and waist at belt line. They are made by a different company as well. I made doctor appointmntment but its 4.5 weeks away. Any advice or thoughts. this is the only change in my diet or medicine I can think of. ## Hello, Danny! How are you? Sorry about the problem that you're having. Actually, your insurance company cannot change your medication and/or dosage. That can only be approved by your doctor, even if there is something that they don't cover, or something is unavailable, any chang...

I take uo3 hydrocodone 10/325 and it's the best ## Hello, Davey! How are you? Thank you for making such a helpful post. The FDA classifies Norco as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Are there any questions or concerns? ## Which is better the hydrocodone /Acet10/325white pills watson853 or hydrocodone /Acet 10/325 white pills M367. ## I found that the yellow football shaped marked with a v on 1side & 36 01 work best for me ## Hahaha too funny! Obviously you're either a company representative or you've never taken a decent brand of generic Norco to know the difference. I tend to think it's the former since you stated the U03 Aurolife Norcos ...

The Watson 853 hydrocodone 10-325 I got at Walgreens didn't kill my pain and made me sick! I need to know what is better quality. Is Mallinckordt m367 better than the manufacturer Par/ Endo? I don't live in an area that carries the yellow anymore, and I need pain relief that lasts all month and doesn't make me sick. Please if anyone knows o appreciate an answer. ## Watson does list this tablet as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, but they removed the dye from them, so they are white now, and no longer yellow. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache. Overall, there is no specific best tablet, it really depends on what wor...

My wife is a chronic pain patient. Today she went to have her periodic office visit with her pain management physician. She has, for several years, been prescribed fentanyl transdermal patches, 75 mcg/hour, along with hydrocodone/apap 10/325, 1 or 2 tablets every 8 hours, PRN for breakthrough pain. She changes the patches every 72 hours. Today the Dr changed her treatment regimine changing the fentanyl to 100 mcg/hrs, changing patch every 48 hours. He took her off the hydrocodone/apap, and said if she still has breakthrough pain, that he will prescribe immediate release morphine to replace the hydrocodone/apap. Her Dr says that this is in response to new laws or guidelines from the DEA and FDA. Is this true? He said that they can't prescribe hydrocodone/apap for chronic pain any lon...

I have some large oval orange/red tabs and were told they were Hydrocodone 10mg-325. Are they what I was told? ## Hello, Fred! How are you? What are the markings on them? That information is what would enable me to check for you to see what these tablets contain. Can you please post back with this additional information? Thanks! ## Hi, There are no markings on the tabs, just large oval orange-red tabs. Thanks ## Fred, Tablets with no markings at all are not real Hydrocodone. All prescription drugs carry markings on them. I get Tramadol once a month from my Dr. so I should and do know the difference. ## I got tramadol 100 mg that originated from India. They are in blister pak of 10, NO markings AT ALL, and round & yellow. I felt a little better but, I also felt a tiny bit like I had ...

What's the difference between Norco 10 325 mg & 7.5-325 mg ## Hello, Howard! How are you? Well, the dosage is different, just like you've listed. One contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone with the 325mgs of Acetaminophen, while the other contains only 7.5mgs of it. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I started seeing a pm Dr after having major surgery on my shoulder 7 weeks ago. My surgeon listens to some gal in his office and had cut me from dilaudid down to hydrocodone leaving me in a lot of pain especially during 3x week therapy. The pm Dr put me on fentanyl patch 12 with nothing else. I had been taking 4-6 hydrocone 7.5 a day but now only have the patch. I have been feeling wds and the patch is not doing anything for pain and I cannot see pm for a month. I think I made a big mistake. How much hydro is the equivalent to the 12 mcg patch every 72 hrs ? ## Hello, Trish! How are you? Fentanyl is the strongest opiate that's available, so the patch is equivalent to just a small fraction of the Hydrocodone. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the p...

What does it mean "take 1 tablet by mouth every 8 hours × 2 days" should i only take it for 2 days or every 2 days?? ## Hello, Miri! How are you? According to the FDA prescription writing information, that would be taking one every 8 hours for 2 days. Which medication is it? Perhaps I can provide you with more information on it, if you post back and clarify! ## Take hydrocodone every 12 hours as needed for pain - how many pills should be prescribed? ## What does it mean to take 2 tablets every four hours? I live in Sioux Falls SD and I am trying to find a doctor that will prescribe pain meds. I had a pain management doctor that prescribed 4 10 mg hydrocodones a day, but moved to Nevada. Now I have moved back and she is full and can’t see me. I have arthritis, spinal stenosis, fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disorder and a spinal fusion. My doctor keeps sending me in for epidurals for my lower back, and they sometimes work for two or three months, but it doesn’t help with the pain every where else. I work 10 hour days and barely make it through. Thinking about filling for disability, but I know it’s a long road. ## Very few, if any, people will recommend pain Doctors because that will normally cause too many people to come to them. The Doctor may think that they have bee...
