I took about 40 mgs of Oxycodone between Saturday and Sunday. Will I test clean for my drug test on Thursday evening?

Only if your iron gets sent to a lab can they see the amount of mg in the urin instant test don’t show

I took 240 mg of oxy for an extended period of time it has been 10 days since I last used and I have been drinking water like it was my job for 5 days will it show up in my urine drug test??

Pain doctor told my husband 4 hour life span for oxycodone 5mg....he ran out 2 days before and testing her on his urine at pain clinic.

Hi, I see this post is really old as it is now in 2017. But I had a question about methadone and oxycodone taken together and can't find any answers. Ur question pretty much answered mine but wanted a lil more detail. Plz let me know if ur still available to answer my question. Thx

Some of these folks who are asking the questions about drugs showing up on urine tests because they NEED them to show up/read positive. Tests are ordered by prescribing doctors to ensure that the patients are using the medicines as prescribed. At least two of the posters were in this position, they were going to run out too fast.
I don't have an answer for those folks except to say that if they are really worried and still have any meds left then hold on to one dosage and take it a few hours before their appointment time.

The rule is: if you take 10mg of oxycodone at say 4pm, by 6:30pm you would have excreted 5mg. Then by 9pm you would lose 2.5mg and in another 2.5 hours you would be down to 1/2 of 2.5. Then so on and so forth. Correct me if im wrong. Good luck folks.

is 5400 units of opiates a legitimate level for urine. ...pain management stated that my level was that so I think that is way to high and plus I jus had total hip replacement

I took an average of 60-90 mgs of Oxycodone a day for a while. I have a test next Thursday and will be clean for 6 days by then. Am I good to pass?

Hello. Typing this because I passed and hoping to ease someone's anxiety over urine screens. For three weeks I've read every article and thread on oxycodone excretion. I have been a nervous wreck. So here goes. I took 20 mg of percocet with no acetaminophen. The small round green one. I did this by taking half at 2 pm on a Sunday. I then took the other half at 4:30 pm same day. Monday morning at 9 am I took another half then had the other half at 11:30 am. So. 40 mg total in a little less than 24 hours. I am in my late 30s. 5'10" and weigh 220. (Time to diet). I took a urine screen at 10:30 am Thursday morning. 10 panel sent to lab. This is for probation of a county that stays funded from failed urine screen violations. And passed. So almost 3 days between.

Seriously nobody needs that much oxycodone unless they're dying. That sounds like something you need to discuss at a rehab facility. If you took that much in one day you may want to be thankful you are still breathing!
