Cymbalta And Prestique

Have been on cymbalta and now prrestique....nausea every day and very constipated...have been seeing my gastro dr. and think that the meds have been the reason.

Like Jake, I have had the experience of prestique coming out whole in my stool--jelly like with white stuff inside--looks like a large piece of corn!! I was very depressed on the 5 occasions that this has happened--didn't know what it was, but after reading Jake's post, I am calling my dr, tomorrow--switching back to cymbalta!! Yikes!!! :(

Previous history of cymbalta use for 6months. I had terrible withdrawals from the med. My MD swicthed me to Pristiqu a month ago. I have gained 10lb in 2 weeks, I'm so swollen and it has increased my asthma symptoms or I just have so much extra fluid

Has anyone had the experience of the medication prestique not dissolving and coming out whole in your stool? I know it sounds gross but it happened to me. I will spare you the gorey details. I took just 2 doses, diarrhea with jelly like squares (prestique). this is a new med for me..

Unfortunately, most prescription medications can cause both of these side effects, you may also experience: drowsiness, dizziness and headache.

They should wear off as your body adjusts to the medication.
