Clonazepam Ingredients Mylan Brand Vs Teva Vs Accord (Page 11)

Please help with this, i have taken the mylan brand for several years, when the pharmacy could no longer order it they ordered Teva, it immediately gave me pains that seemed to be in my chest....kind of the opposite of what it's supposed to do. So with Mylan being available though only two pharmacies, someone mentioned accord...but what is the difference of fillers. could you simply list all the ingredients for all three brands so if Accord matches Mylan i'm ok?

That's weird because Mylan has always been one of the worst companies as far as quality of the meds they produce. I've never taken a mylan product that was even close to being decent. Always garbage products even years ago before all these generics started lowering the quality of their generics.

When TEVA stopped making the regular 1 mg green tablets, I switched to their orally dissolving tablets, which neither my doctor nor pharmacist even knew they made. I found it out after a lot of searching because they suddenly changed me to Accord with no warning and I nearly went out of my mind. It's like a sugar pill to me. I know most drs and pharmacists love to say all generics are identicle, but occasionally you get the savvy one who knows they are not. I've been lucky that way. neither my doctor or pharmacist BSs me about that. They know people react to the different brands differently.

Since I have always dissolved the pills under my tongue, I never noticed any change in how fast they come on or how long they last. The green ones aren't made to be taken that way, so they dissolve slower, but that is the way I've always used them. I have been on TEVA brand clonazepam since I started it almost 8 yrs ago, except for a couple short periods of a few months where I was switched. I have always found the other brands I've tried (Activis, Accord, and some little yellow number whose name I can't remember) to be inferior to the TEVA brand. Maybe because TEVA is an Israeli brand, while all the others are made in China, I don't know. But I *can* say that since TEVA brought back the regular pills, I haven't noticed any difference between these and what I used to get. They are by far the most effective for me, and as long as I specify with my pharmacist, I get TEVA every time, just like I used to.

For the person who used to feel like Superman on the TEVA but doesn't anymore: I used to feel that way when I first started taking them, for maybe the first year - but that wears off no matter what you take. This is why people get in trouble with benzos, The euphoria wears off, and even though their anxiety is still under control, they miss that oomph they used to get and they talk their doctor into upping the dose. Lather, rinse, repeat, and eventually they are taking a large dose and go through hell if they ever have to stop taking the med. Benzo withdrawal can be brutal, so it's good to use the smallest effective dose and stick with it.

Walgreens has it... they can get it but you have to have your Dr put on your script Solco only...

When TEVA stopped making clonazepam tablets for a while I was switched to Accord with no warning, and I found it to be very much inferior to TEVA. That may just be due to the fact that up until then I had used TEVA exclusively for several years, since I have seen many comments that Accord is much superior to TEVA. For any brand you say is the best or the worst, you will see a bunch of people whose experience is just the opposite of yours.

I wouldn't say "a bunch" of may have opposite opinions then mine. One thing is for sure is that there are differences among brands which pisses me off. What im looking for is what the specific differences are and then make my on opinion. Some make say Solco makes them sleep better then Teva or Accord while others may say Accord works the best for actual anxiety. These things are what ive experienced. The new released Teva to me is not the same as the old Teva and while it knocks me out for a few ours of sleep, I don't sleep for long and my anxiety is higher then the other two. Just part of the discussion I guess.

Should I stick with the Teva as I notice that I'm experiencing the same symptoms that you have. Sleep for a little bit and not really knocking out a lot of anxiety. I have some Solco that were doing the trick helping me sleep at night but am concerned that these are more difficult to get from the pharmacy. I believe Walgreens can special order them but they are pushing accords and Tevas now....

I've been taking the new 1mg Teva once a day for about 5 days now. I've noticed that they seem to be not as strong as the originals. It does knock out my anxiety as I've been experiencing really bad GI issues the past month. I noticed that past few nights I haven't slept as well and still having stomach issues. I was on Solco for about 2 weeks daily up to taking these Tevas and I was sleeping better and they seem to be more effective with the anxiety. Should I stick with the Tevas and allow my body to adjust or try to get a script for the Solco's. I was supposed to have a colonoscopy and EGD done last week but it got postponed until next month. The only relief I get with these stomach issues is when I take my pill. I usually take as needed but these stomach issues have made it to where I'm taking daily now.

I've been taking Solco for the last two nights and have slept great and my sleep app on my fitbit proves it (score). The Solco doesn't knock me out like the Teva does but I sleep better and don't have constipation like I do from Accord and Teva. The Solco is also more consistent and doesn't wear off like the Teva. I have an old script of Solco I had forgot I had it until someone oh here brought it up a few days back and so I looked and remembered I had it. Everything is going well for me on that brand compared to the other two. I don't like being stopped up because of the garbage fillers that Teva and Accord include in their pill so when I run out of these I will go to Walgreens or a mom and pops store and get Solco for the foreseeable future. These seem to be the best for me as ive tried all the brands as well as the dissolvable klonopin. Hope this helps

I HAVE TAKEN CLONAZAPAM BY TEVA FOR MS FOR YEARS.I GOT USE TO SOMETHING ELSE AND THEY QUIT MAKING THAT....NOW I CAN ONLY FIND ACCORD WHICH I CANNOT TAKE AT ALL. THERE ARE NO OTHER BRANDS TO CHOSE FROM. THEY SAY IT CANNOT BE ORDERED.. I FEEL THEY DO NOT EVEN TRY TO ORDER ANYTHING ELSE...I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO.. IT IS VERY UNJUST THAT THEY ARE DOING THIS TO US.. WE HAVE TO BE AT THE MERCY OF THE PHARMACISTS WHEN WE HAVE A SCRIPT FROM OUR PHYSICIAN..I AM SICK OF IT!!!!!!!

Either go to a small mom and pops pharmacy that carries it or have them order SOLCO. Most Walgreens will also order the SOLCO brand for you.

TEVA resumed production of the old formula which can now be ordered. The 0.5 mg NDC number is 00093-0832-05.

I tried the reintroduced Teva in the .5 version and thought it was terrible and nowhere near what it use to be. I get 60 .5mgs and tried them 2 months ago with a script from CVS. They look the same as of old but that’s it. No good feeling after taking them and more importantly no help with sleep or anxiety. I’m currently taking Solco which works better then Accord and Teva

I recently was switched to Accord. It has the same side effect as Teva brand(nasal congestion)but lacks any sedative qualities. I do not like it!

I had the same experience with Clonazepam. It seems to lack any sedative qualities-which is exactly why I need it.This is a poor quality medication.

I use to take low doses of the Teva brand of Clonazepam and it worked fine, but now I was given Clonazepam from a company called Accord, it seems to provide no sedation what so ever.
