Located a match to a white oblong pill with G32 on one side and 500 on the other side, it's Naproxen 500 mg. Naproxen is commonly used for the reduction of intense pain, fever, inflammation and stiffness caused by conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gout, ankylosing spondylitis, menstrual cramps, tendinitis, bursitis, and the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
