You’re absolutely correct on this! I’ve got some of them in my pill bottle that I use everyday, (I put all my pills for a few days in the same bottle, otherwise, I’d need a suitcase to carry them all!)... anyway, today, I got my Percocet aka generic oxycodone & I also put a small handful of them in there as well. They look almost identical, except that the oxy says “10/325” & the generic Tylenol, acetaminophen... says 44/104. Same color (white) & same size! The only difference is, is that the oxy has kinda curved front and back, and the other has completely flat sides. All my pills look very different from each other, except for those! So one has to be very careful. I also was just introduced to a new RX for high blood pressure, Clonidine, which also look pretty much like the other two. Those, I’ll just bring the bottle with me. That way, I won’t end up taking something that I’m not supposed to! So please keep that in mind, when this kind of stuff comes up!!! Be safe, and when in doubt, call your doctor or pharmacist.

It's TYLENOL. Generic. 4 bucks at the drug store over the counter. If you bought it and thought it was percocet, you got beat. If you sell it and think it is percocet, you're an *****. If you take it to try to feel high you're s*** out of luck. If you take it cause you've got a headache, congrats you're the winner. It's JUST acetaminophen. Nothing else, no matter what anyone else tells you for God's sake!

White round pill with 44 104 on 1 side, nothing on the other side is ONLY 325 mg Acetaminophen, generic Tylenol. Sold by Walgreens. No oxycodone at all.

I would have to say that they have more then 325 mg of acetaminophen . I take 2000mg of tylenol for teeth pain, doesn't even cut into it. One of these "325 wallgreens" acetaminophen kills then pain immediately. somethings up. I bet the companies aren't putting whats really in the pills so that people don't realize what they are taking.. A basic reverse placebo effect.

I hope you've discovered by now that these tablets are nothing more then pure acetaminophen 325 mg. Manufactured by several pharmaceutical outlets.taking them in excess can cause renal and hepatic failure. Please be careful and safe.....

Right on. People need to be careful of what they buy or they will one day end up in the grave. I feel bad for people with addictions to prescriptions drugs. They don't realize they're taking from their kids and family when they spend X amounts of money on pills. They should out their family before drugs, they should know the money they spend is putting hard earned cash in the drug man's hands making his life easy while they suffer and think of the next lie to feel high on pills. Don't they know they're only hurting themselves and their loved ones? My heart goes out to them but at the same time I can't pity them. They must see and learn for themselves and it will take hitting the utter most pits of darkness until they can see the light of Jesus Christ. I just hope its not when it's to late and they are in front of the judgement seat of our Lord and Christ Jesus. God bless everyone even the addicts. Mercy Lord please show a bit of mercy on the human race. Also doctors should know that Narcotics are highly addictive and keep people on a short term pain med. God bless America.

@cali, from what you described, the answer is no - the round white pill with 44 104 is actually over the counter Acetaminophen 325mg and there is no Oxycodone in it. It is marketed by a few "store brands" under the following NDC codes if you want to verify... 15127-072 / 55154-5842 / 11822-0104 ... Hope this helps!

@MShip - could you kindly post the NDC # or anything else which appears on the prescription bottle? Maybe we are dealing with a case where a prescription drug has the same imprint as an OTC drug. Even though it is unlikely I've heard of multiple drugs having the same color and inscriptions. Any info which you can pull off the bottle would be super helpful! Please let us know.
