I live in Houston, Texas am disabled and taking qualitest generic narco 10/325 mg for over 20 years. New generic is Mallinkrt and it is making me sick. Current pharmacy does not carry qualitest. It is, however, Salsalate 750mgs, a generic for Amigesic and many others. It is a mild pain reliever that can also reduce fever and inflammtion, but it is non-narcotic.

This is a narcotic pain reliever, very strong and addictive. ## I wouldn't say they are "very strong", they are strong if you're not used to narcotic pain relievers, much stronger than a darvocet, tylenol 3, or even a plain vicodin 5/500, but weak compared to pain relievers such as percocet, roxycodone, morphine, dilaudid, demerol, oxycontin, fentanyl, and the many other stronger painkillers on the market. I HIGHLY agree that they're very addictive though. I struggled with addiction to vicodin and norco, so I know how addictive they are. ## in trouble need 5 10mg vicodin to feel ok a day
