My father was given this in place of Warfarin - his blood levels are critical now... WHAT IS THIS THING?! I have no current CPS, but I need to identify this tablet. Shame on the pharmacy!! ## The tablet with those markings contains 5mgs of Zopiclone, which is used for the short term treatment on insomnia. If they put this in a bottle claiming it was Warfarin, I'd be seriously taking this issue up with the pharmacy, immediately. How is he doing? ## He's ok. So far so good. His levels should be between 2 and 3... he was down at 1.1. Not a good thing... he could have stroked out for heavens sake. I am trying to identify a pill that is white and three sided kind of like a triangle. On one side it is split in half with wc on one side and 142 on the other.
