I found this site to further understand a product I purchased yesterday at a truck-stop. Its a six pack of caffeine tablets with the imprint MW 200 on one side and in fourths on the other. I found this pill at my house on the floor, I have no idea what it is it or where It came from so I'm a little worried about it because I have a small dog. ## I'm sorry, but so far, I've not been able to find anything that matches this description, however, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. I have found a white/cream coloured pill in my car door, need some answer from people as I dont know what it is. It has a capital 'M' with an underscore underneath it followed by the number '200'. It is round and smooth. Please help. ## This pill is difficult to ID, but I did find some information that may be of help. Another patient with this same pill has an "assumption" that it may be 200mg of Ibuprofen (Motrin), and they believe the PV could stand for 'Premier Value'. This user was based in the UK if that counts for anything, but since I can't locate a definitive match, this is all I have to go off of for now. A prescription from 2008 is most probably out of date. I take this medication every day for a chronic condition and would never take a pill that old, even if I had significant pain. Call your local pharmacist for more info. ## I have been told to not take pain meds over one year old, however I was told by a pharmacist that it would be ok, however I just don't think I personally would risk taking anything more than the expiration date if more than a year old. Just my opinion.

white pill ## This pill is a 325 mg aspirin tablet. It is CVS Pharmacy brand, is uncoated, and is caffeine and sodium free. The only other ingredient in them is starch, which holds the pill together, as aspirin is very powdery. It's a value product, but while cheap, it is also effective. I bought a bottle of 1000 of these pills for 10 dollars. When I get a headache I take four of them, two 500 mg acetaminophen pills, and a 200 mg caffeine pill (caffeine speeds up the effectiveness of these drugs). If you've only got one of these, take it for a headache. My RX always reads 30mg phenobarbital (54 years now). I see I am now taking 32.4mg. Pharmacy claims only pheno. available is 32.4mg. Is there a difference?
