What kind of a pill has the number ten on one side and the letter U and the numbers 358 on the other side? ## I think the U is really a lowercase 'n'. The one I have has 10 in the middle on one side, 358 and a score mark in the middle of the pill, and a lowercase n on the left side. It is white and oval, kinda bigger than normal Vicodin. ## A white oval pill imprinted with "n | 358" on one side and "10" on the other is reportedly identified as Hydrocodone bitartrate (10 mg) + Acetaminophen (325 mg). What is it? ## I actually came across a half white and half pink oblong shaped pill imprinted "E648" that is identified as Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 25 mg. You didn't mention pink being part of the color, but it's the only match that comes up under that description. Manufacturer: Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Inc. it is a white pill, oval shaped with P180 on one side and is scored 4 ways on the other ## Though it is hard to tell, the marking on this is actually R 180 and it contains 4mgs of Tizanidine, the active ingredient in Zanaflex, this is a muscle relaxant.
