White Oblong Pills No Marking

I found some small, oblong white pills and I was wondering if anyone knew what they were. They have no prints or scoring on either side, they are totally plain. If you lick them they taste sort of tangy, and bitter. Does anyone know what they are? I don't think they could be E because they are not round, and have no prints on them... ## I have some at the moment they are generic for Tylenol. Hope it helps... ## Actually, without a marking, it is very difficult to say what they are with any certainty. There are many over the counter items that meet this description, some are Acetaminophen, but not all. There is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. It can, however, be ruled out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings ...

I found a white oblong pill with 18 on one side and blank in the other. It was scored in the middle. This was in my sons room. Can anyone help to identify this pill? ## Based on the description provided, I found your white oblong pill to be Ibuprofen (800 mg). NOTE: the correct marking is actually "8i" (with a capitol i). Manufacturer: Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Inc. National Drug Code (NDC): 55111-0684 Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug used for relief of symptoms of arthritis, primary dysmenorrhea, fever, and as a mild pain reliever. White oblong pill no markings - looks like it could be generic lortab 10. Can u help? ## I don't care what shape or color they are - Any controlled substance "will" have a code number always... Also, it will be scored for breaking in half. You can take this to the bank. ## Keith is correct about the marking, however, that is only true if they are manufactured and/or approved in the U.S. If they have no imprint, they can be ruled out as being a legal U.S. prescription medication. However, the score mark is not actually required on them, or on any other tablets. Where were they found? ## I purchased Tylenol with Codeine in Canada that are white and have no markings on them whatsoever. ## I just got these white oblong pills with no markings. Does Vicodin fit this description? C...

My friend gave me 2 pills she claimed were extra strength excedrine, but I had my doubts. They were bright red, no markings, and shaped like the white excedrine migraine. She gave them to me because I told her I was tired, but they really did not have any effect that I was aware of. She claimed the caffein would pep me up a bit, but it didn't. ## If there were no markings on them, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what they were. It is possible that they were a generic or store brand of Excedrin Migraine, which would contain Acetaminophen, Aspirin and Caffeine. The amount of caffeine in each tablet is only 65mgs, so if you are used to ingesting large amounts of it, such as in coffee or sodas, then it probably wouldn't have much of an effect on you. However, in the...

Checking to see if you can tell me what a white oblong pill with no markings except a score on 1 side is. My Dad has been taking them and within a few hours of taking it, he is slurring his words and stumbling around. Need to find out what they are. Thanks ## I'd take it to a pharmacy they should be able to tell you what it is, I don't know of any narcotic that doesn't have some sort of marking. If you find out please post, you have me curious ## Deb is correct, a narcotic that's available for prescription in the U.S. would have some type of marking to enable its identification, the same is true of all other prescription products. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products and there are some that can cause those types of symptoms if taken...

white oblong no markings score on one side ## does anyone know what a white oblong shaped pill scored with no other marking is? it says Stellas International, UK ## I placed an order over the Internet for 10G generic Amben. Well guess what, they are fake. Each pill should have some type of identifying letters or numbers. BEWARE!!! ## The law regarding them having to have identifying numbers is only relevant to the U.S. and Canada. Other countries do not have the same regulations in place, so you could very well receive medications from another country that does not have any markings on it, but may still be exactly what you ordered. The problem, of course, is that without any markings, there is no way to be certain that they are what you received. In the U.S. if a tablet doesn't have...

Just found white oval soft gel no outside lettering or markings with an orange substance in the inside. Any ideas what this could be? ## Hi Bean, Honestly there's no way to really identify something that has no markings, unless you get it lab tested. But based on your description, I get the sense that this is more than likely some sort of dietary supplement, such as omega-3 fish oil, vitamin E, or some other OTC medication. I can only say that because I have actually seen certain fish oil and vitamin supplements both come in gel capsules like that. Did you just happen to find this pill somewhere or were you sold it?

it is a white pill oblong in shape on one side it has markings IP19 on the other side it is smooth with no marking ## Is it possibly IP 18? That's a 500mg Acetaminophen tablet, manufactured by Interpharm, a generic for Tylenol. However, I can't find a tablet with just IP 19. Can you please double check the imprint?

Found an Oblong White Pill With Marking RC 66P with a line between them on one side and blank (no line either) on the other side. Would like to know what it is? ## It is Mucinex D, it contains Guaifenesin and Pseudoephedrine. Either someone forgot to take it, dropped it or was making meth.

white oblong capsule shaped no other markings ## I would need an imprint or markings in order to locate the correct pill. Please post back with any more information so I can help you locate the correct pill. ## I too have found this white capsule, powder inside, has very small indentations along one side of the capsule, roughly 10 indents in all. I have a pharmacy in my bathroom, I have liver cancer, and I was told by a pharmacist over the phone it was Roxicet, but my research has disproved that. Any ideas would be helpful, at least till I can take it on a field trip "the pharmacy", hopefully they will help. If you know please help. Good day to you, and thank you. ## i found a white oblong shaped white pill with deep green powdery contents

I need to find out what pill is white and oblong with no markings at all. I want to know what this drug is for? ## Objectively, the best way to identify a pill with no markings is to have its contents analyzed by a lab and/or drug panel. Otherwise the description is too broad to match anything in particular, with potentially hundreds or thousands of possibilities ranging from over the counter supplements, foreign medication or counterfeit/illicit drugs... One thing is for certain though, and that is the FDA requires all US pharmaceuticals to bear an imprint/marking for identification. Without that, one can be certain it's not a legitimate US 'prescription' drug. Some information that may also help us narrow down search results is where the pill was found or who you got it fr...

i found an unmarked box of these white, oblong shaped pills under my living room couch. They kind of remind me of whtat looks like an ibuprofin 800 but this pill has no score mark or markings of any sort on either side. If someone could help me out with this that would be great. ## If there are no markings, we can rule it out as being a prescription medication, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification, in case of emergency. That means it's most likely an over the counter product and the opens it up to several possibilities. I actually have a bottle of calcium tablets sitting here that resembles this. But there are quite a few other things it could be as well, but being that large, I do think it's some type of supplement. Does anyone else have...

Found these pills in my sons room. He says they are pain pills of some sort but I am not sure. They are white oblong and when I broke it in half there are brown specks, about the size of a 800 mg Tylenol. If anyone knows what these are please let me know.. ## Hello, Kyle! How are you? If there are no markings, then it may be hard to narrow down what they contain. We can rule them out as being a prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification, but there are many possible over the counter products that match this description. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. I found a white oblong pill imprinted with bh on one side and blank on the other side, what is it? ## Hi Alexi, I haven't found an exact match to your pill, but I did come across a couple other pills with a very similar marking that could possibly be related. These pills had imprints of "BH 8" and "B8"; each of them being identified as Betahistine (an antivertigo drug). Their markings make me wonder if they could even be from the same manufacturer. Do you have any other clues about the type of medication it might be, based on where you picked it up at? ## its generic for tylenol there called assured 500mg

I take a very small oblong pill scored no markings at all. It is lamictol (sp?) ## Prescription tablets that are approved in the U.S. all have to have imprints to enable their identification, except in certain rare cases, but I did check anyway and no, I am not finding any Lamictal that match this description and don't have any markings. Where did you find it?

I have a half of oblong white pill with a 6 or a 9 on it? What could it be? I'm thinking ibuprophen 600mgs or a half of 7.5 percocet. ## I know there is a 600mg white oblong Ibuprofen pill with the marking "6i". Perhaps this is your pill? Manufacturer: Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Inc. National Drug Code (NDC): 55111-0683 Size: 9.00 mm You can view a photo of the pill by running a search on google images for "white pill 6i ibuprofen" Learn More: Ibuprofen Details I hope this helps!

The exterior is a smooth black. Its a rectangular cupsule type shape. There are no markings, it is solid. Not liquid or gel. 1/2 a inch long and 1/4 in width. The interior is a tanish compressed powder, with a little yellow and white. Smells like something sour, not in an old kinda way. ## @russains123, Being that there's no markings, it may be anyone's best guess as to what it is. However if I were you and had the resources I would probably look into getting the contents analyzed by a lab for 100% verification on the substance's identity. From your description, it doesn't sound like any type of dietary supplement I've encountered (with the exception of some pre/post workout supplements) - but I wouldn't put it past being something more natural either since there...

I found five pills in my daughters room, all the same. they are oblong, about 3/4 in long, 1/4 in wide, and 1/4 in thick. they are an off white color with brown specks on the outside, but the inside is all white... what the heck could this be and is it harming her?? ## Hello, Kayla! How are you? I'm sorry, but with no markings, it may be difficult to definitively identify it. It's not a prescription tablet, since they are all required to have markings, but that does leave it open to many over the counter possibilities. Have you tried asking her about it? I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize these tablets? ## They are called speckled birds , it a caffeine pill sold over the counter mostly at truck stops. ## I took half a...
