I have a long white oblong pill that broke in half and is blank on one side and all I cal make out is L and maybe a number or letter then 84, what could it be? ## Hi Amy, The white oblong pill could have the imprint "L484", which would identify it as Acetaminophen (500 mg). I found a very small oblong pill in my clonazepem. I am trying to identify it. The imprint is so small I can barely read it, but it looks like 51 on one side, and IV on the other. on one side there is a 5 in each bar the other side has X 56 65 divided in the bars on the back. Found in my 14year old son's pocket. It's about 1/2" long, about 1/3" wide and flattish oblong in shape (not like a capsule shape). There are no numbers or letters, but on the pink side, it has a raised dots pattern along the entire side. ## Unfortunately, with no markings but those dots, I'm afraid it may be difficult to discover what this contains. That rules it out as U.S. prescription tablet, so it must be an over the counter product. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Forgot what it is, not in original container. ## @Tadeus, I've yet to find a specific match to this pill, but I do have a feeling that its manufacturer is Barr (Teva) Pharmaceuticals USA. I would recommend contacting them directly for more information and to at least verify that it's something they actually make. There are other pills with similar imprints that come up under Barr (Teva) Pharma, so I think that may be our best clue to narrowing down some possibilities.
