What Is Red An Black Capsule Use For

I found a black and red capsule pill that has Dex twice on both halfs (red and black ) ## Hi Samiam, I located a black capsule that has 'Dex' twice (once on each half) that is rumored to be diet / stimulant related, and could possibly contain ephedrine, dexedrine, or hoodia. These are the three main prospects I've honed in on, although I still think a lab analysis would probably be your best bet for narrowing down the options. Also, there's a manufacturer by the name of Delmar Labs who is known for putting "DEX" on their capsules. Perhaps that company may have some leads... I hope this helps!

Hello I am trying to find a pain killer I took in the 80's for pain from severe burns. It was Black and Red. It was a capsule. It was an Opiate. It worked really well and did not make me sick!!! That's what this is all about!!! These are red and black capsules. But there is no logo on the capsule at all. The bottle they were in says amphetamine salts ER 5mg cap. I look them up online, but it don't have one pic that resembles these. Can that be what they are? ## No, they are most likely just some type of over the counter product. There is a 5mg dosage of Amphetamine salts available in the U.S., so there would be no need to have them done by a compounder, which is the only way one would get them in unmarked capsules here. We have found a capsule which is half white and half red with an MK in an oval in black imprinted on each half of the capsule. black and red capsule pill with yellow band, with no other markings. What is it? ## Hi Pheonix, Based on your description, this could be anything from an OTC dietary supplement to something illicit. Unfortunately because there are no markings, the best thing I can suggest is to either have the capsules analyzed by a lab and/or utilize a drug panel kit to see if it contains any illicit drugs. Were you given this by someone at a party or did you find it in a medicine cabinet, etc? Maybe its origin can help rule out a few unlikely suspects or at least narrow down our search efforts in some way. Does anyone else here recognize this?
