my mother is suffering from leg pain. doctor have told her that this is nerves problem so he advised maxfast(150mg) but it was not available in market so pharmacist gave alrista sr and my mother's problem increases.. so can we give her rejunex od in place of maxfast??

Is Mecobalamin has 500mcg of vitamin B12, whereas Neurobine has only 0.2mg. What is the difference between mcg and mg? Please advise. ## The 500mcg dosage would come out to be 0.5mg, so there is a larger dose in the Mecobalamin. Some of these higher dose ones have been known to cause nausea in some people. Is there anything else I can help with?

Last yr from 25th Agust till the 14th December I waswas hospitalised 4 times. A Bulding Disc. From Jan to May 2017 I had no pain. June the pain came back saw the GP and he gave pain killer's. Been back several times to GP TABLETS NOT WORKING 3 weeks ago ended in hospital I have a tear between 2-3. 3-4. 4-5.The Surgeon did a nerve Block which did not take. Am in real pain

I had a disc herniation at L4/L5--for more than 3 months and took synap forte for a this continuous period--at times i took 8 tablets a day for the 3 months...due to the pain and immobility. I eventually had the operation called laminectomy to remove the disc that was sitting on the sciatika nerve.. I know suffer with a constant noise in my head--internal sound that is so loud that i cannot sleep or concentrate when the outside sounds are all off.. Doctors cannot find the problem thru MRI's, auidologists, ENT , neurologists... Is this a side effect of the continuous use of synap forte.? ## Synap Forte contained Acetaminophen and Dextropropoxyphene and no, it hasn't been known to cause tinnitus like conditions. I started taking metoprolol 25mg. I read where "Nerve Up" tablets, which I understand is a multi-vitamin, helps pain due to damaged nerves. I was born with spina-Bifida and a hole in my back 1932. I have been told, I have esophogus nerve damage. I have been told there is no treatment for it beyond a speach therpist. But I have pain at the bottom of my esophogus, and have been given Ryzolt 100 mg. I still feel the spams, but they don't hurt so much, for about five hours. This medication does't last for 24 hrs. Hi. Has anyone else experienced visual disturbances on this med? First day I started taking them I felt pressure in my head... felt a bit strange but was happy I could cope with the effects. Second day about 1 hour after taking my first tablet I noticed I wasn't able to see all of someone's face. It progressed into the whole of my left side of my vision being distorted, similar to how it is with a migraine, but much worse. I've since stopped taking them and been given penicillin for my uti.
