I am a case of neoropathy resulting in muscle spasms and weakness resulting in toppling and difficulty in walking.My left calf has started wasting and has gone thinner than right one. ## What are the side effects of consuming Bio D3 Max? ## I am taking Bio D 3 Max for last three days for back pain. I have been suffering from cough and cold. Recently for lasr three days it increased hugeky. may it be side effects of that medicine?

I am suffering from hip joint pain, lower leg pain, severe pain, even sometimes unable to walk few steps forward. Done all tests as doctor prescribed. MRI also, no problem seen. Friend suggest D3. Is it safe to take? Is there any side effects ? I'm also Hyperthyroidism patient but in control now. ## Supplementing with Vitamin D3 can be very beneficial in many aspects; but in my honest opinion, I don't think it will help with severe pain management. Depending on the dose of D3 you plan on taking, it would be pretty difficult to take the amount required to get any sort of undesirable side effects. After having heart skips or chest pressure and not being able to take statin drugs, since I was alergic to them.(I had a fever and vomiting for 24 hours), I heard that magnesium relaxes arteries, It stopped the chest pressure and heart skips. My Age 25+ and I was suffering from Headache (sometimes in a interval of 10-15 days), severe Back pain along with whole leg pain making me uncomfortable to stand. When i told this to Neurologist, he told i 'm having calcium problem.He had advised me to take Migranex 10, Caldikind Plus and Rejunex Cd3 for 2 months...But i hvn't taken yet and I hv recently sent my blood for Vitamin D test and test shows 25-OH Vitamin D(Total) = 5.28 ng/ml. how to take gemcal? i have gemcal d3 as well as gemcal which one is safe. and how should it be taken? I have pain in my hips and there is noise of cracking when i walk. But it isnt painful.
