Need to know the name of the pill thats white and oblong with the letter L and #s 424 on it ## I cannot find a listing for this tablet, however, I can tell you that these pills marked with an L followed by additional numbers are over the counter items. They are often sold by various stores as their store brands or generics. Does anyone else know what this is? Did you find it in the U.S.? ## L424 white round pill is Nicotine Lozenge. I have been taking Soma for many years, along with lorcet and over the counter ibuprophen for about 7 or 8 years. I believe it all started when I landed on top of my head and fractured my spine in the very upper part of my back, because thats when all hell broke loose. Big capsule thats half white and half blue no other markings ## If there are no markings on it, it is going to be hard to narrow down what this. We can rule out its being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are required by law to have markings to enable their identification. However, the field is wide open when it comes to over the counter items or foreign medications. There is nothing that says they have to have an imprint and the colors of something doesn't mean anything. Was it found in the U.S.?

I got a white oblong solid pill from Mexico from some guy on the street with the imprint 9239-M on one side and 500 on the other. The relative obscureness of this imprint leads me to suspect that it's most likely something that's available over the counter. There are no Percocet 15 tablets, the contain Oxycodone and Acetaminophen and there are none available that contain 15mgs of either one. If there are no markings, it is most likely just some type of over the counter product, since all prescription tablets must have markings to enable their identification according to U.S. law.
