Can i take Essentiale Forte P forever as a maintenance dose to protect my liver ? ## I can only suggest that you consult a doctor. However, even if you do, it is highly unlikely that they will be able to provide an answer as to whether or not you can safely take anything for a life time. As to Essentiale Forte, this is just a nutritional supplement and while the manufacturers claim that is helps with liver problems and protection, this has never actually been proven. I need to know if essential oils will harm my tsh levels. Finally acceptable after thyroid removal in 2008 (cancerous). I have trouble sleeping and a friend suggested them. ## Hello, Robdel! How are you? I'm sorry, but no evaluations have been done to check essential oils to see if they do. I'd assume they most likely don't, because you don't really absorb much of the oils, at all, but you may want to double check with your doctor to be sure. Does anyone else know more?
