pharmacy says they are the same as 54 609 but make me feel different and can't find listing for them anywhere ,supposed to be 4mg hydromorphone. ## 54 609 contains 4mgs of Hydromorphone, a generic for Dialudid, a narcotic analgesic. I cannot find a listing for the 54 196 anywhere, either. However, if they are made by a different company, the amount of the active ingredient could vary slightly and this may explain why they make you feel different.
