I'vI've had recurrent UTI infections on and off for the past 30 years. Levofloxacin saved me from the torture once I got a prescription over 15 y.o ago. If the infection is not severe I take 250 mg for 3 days and that does the trick. It works amazingly fast snd usually after the first dose I feel an instant relief from suffering of urinary infections. Very rarely I had to go through a week routine of 500 mg. Never had any problems. No tendon ruptures or other side effects and I'm a still active former ballet dancer who takes strenous classes 4-5 times a week. ## Awesome!
