found a white round tablet with an x imprinted on both sides. about the size of an altoid. ## It sounds like the X is probably just score lines on the tablet and without any other real markings, there is no way to positively identify it. I am sorry, I wish I could be or more help. Did you find it in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## Sounds like the ones I found in my house (cleaning lady, kids?). One half an inch in diameter. Two wide (about 1/32 of an inch) lines cross, to form a long off-centered and slightly askew X on both sides. These are not scores, but a design that looks like two skis (angle is about 20 degrees). The pill's faces are slightly rounded outwards, not flat, like two dishes face-to-face.

I found this pill outside of a pill bottle in my stuff when unpacking. Do u know what type of substance it is? I was given a RX for a mild sleeping pill Trazodone 50 MG. I have tried taking one as prescribed occassionally and it keeps me up all night. Then the next day I feel fatigued and have a headache. They are white round pills with a line down the center on one side and tthe other side has letters PLIVA AND THE #433 ON THE SIDE. Couldn't find it in the PDR. ## The tablet marked PLIVA 433 does contain 50mgs of Trazodone, however, it is not actually a sleeping pill. Trazodone is an SARI antidepressant, which can cause some drowsiness as a side effect, but it will not actually work like regular sleeping pills.
