small white round pill scored on one side with an r on top and im not quiet sure what the number is on the bottom. i think its a 153,158, i cant really tell. i know its supposed to be for pain. ## this is a really small pill i can barely see the num. someone pleas help me. IT is only scored on one side and has nothing on the other. the onley thing i can kinda make out is the r on top . im pretty sure the first num on the bottom is 1. and then the last two i cant really tell maybe a 58. So you have an r on top and 158 on bottom or maybe 156. i really cnt tell

pills probably about 1cm and got s/4 on one side and blank on the other its not like any other pills in the house was wondering if anyone could tell me what it is ## Is the pill 4 and a scored liine and under that S and blank on the opposite side? If so that sounds like Salbuterol which is an asthma medication used mostly in countries other than the US. It is often purchased by people in the states to be used for weight loss.

Reports from two other users (in another forum) note that this pill was "purchased in Belize City at a Pharmacy there and was told it was Vicodin 10/500. I found a round white pill with a line across middle and at the top of it is a C. Under the line it has ZN. I found it in my Temazepam bottle but it matches no other tablets in the bottle. Please help as I don't know if it's safe to take!

I’ll google: picture (space) name of the med, and if I know more details I’ll add a space with the manufactures name, and space enter any imprint. For pictures of diazepam SC D22 there were no matches but I did see all the pictures of the med. and generic manufacturers. You may want to take another look at the med to see if your info is correct. If that doesn't work, you may want to take it to a pharmacy.

I found this small whitish colored pill in my room. It's scored only on one side and it says su sa and across the score I believe it says wl and next to that I can't make it out. does tramadol work on siatic nerve pain going from lower back down leg? ## In my experience,no. Tramadol only worked on my neck pain. I can tell you what works for my siatic nerve pain aka (sychotic nerve) as I like to call it,stretching and hydrocodone. What is this, please help ## Hi Dan, From your description the closest match I'm seeing online is a white round pill marked with 54 111 on one side and scored on the other. It contains 250mgs of Mefloquine; which is used to prevent and treat malaria. Had there been no score line I would've thought this to be a generic Subutex tablet, since it shares the same imprint 54 411. But if you could double check the "4" to make sure it's not a "1" that would confirm whether or not Mefloquine is a prime suspect.
