I found this pill on my brother's floor and am concerned as he has bi-polar and could be self medicating himself. There is a white round tablet with WR on one side, nothing on the other that is 500mgs of Methocarbamol, a generic for Robaxin, which is a muscle relaxant, so that is possibly it. I've been taking metformin 500 mg tabs for 2yrs and this is the 1st time I've received a pill with 397 on one side and blank on other and it smells really bad. Never had any metformin smell!
