My prescription container has two difference colors ( red & light pink, tablets, and no markings, How am I suppose to Know what a Vitamin B12 looks like? It could be a Vitamin C pill? How do you tell the Difference ?Teddy ## There really is no way to tell the difference between most vitamin pills, as the way a pill looks is entirely up to the whit and whim of the company making it, so there could be many, many pills on the market that could meet that physical description. Did you order these Vitamins from a reputable company here in the U.S.? I wouldn't mind recommending a few highly reputable brand names for B12 or vitamins in general if you need any assistance with that. it is a redish maroon color round pill with 12 on it what is it my 11 year old daughter said someone gave it to her ## I believe that what you may be looking at is a capital i and the number 2 and it contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen, it is a generic, or store brand of Advil, used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Round white pill, rather large, quite smooth, not grainy like other meds. Blank on one side with an imprint 121 in the middle on the other.
