One of the closest matches is Acetaminophen (81 mg) which is classified as a round yellow pill with an L imprint. You may also have a certain brand of birth control pills seeing as birth control pills are often small, round, with a one letter imprint. This may seem like a vague response, but it's the best I can do in this situation. Where exactly did you find the pills?

Its a white pill with pink specks on it and a capital letter E on the other side. ## Based on your description, I'm finding two different white pills that have pink specs on them; but neither seem to have the correct imprint. Is there any chance that the "E" could actually be something else? Perhaps a cursive "V" or a logo of some kind?
