I found 2 pills in my cousins room they are brown with red speckles, they are round and have a B on them. What are they? ## This imprint is kind of vague, so I believe we can rule it out as being a prescription medication. However, looking at over the counter medications, we can't be 100% certain, but it might be a Sennoside based laxative, I have seen several that meet this description. However, I can determine from the "V" imprint that this pill was either manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals or Qualitest Pharmaceuticals. They are small round yellow tablets with two diamond shapes and the letters S W printed inside these diamond shapes.
