My grandmother is a 90 year old patient of copd along with a gallbladder stone and kidney stone. As a result, acidity forms everyday. She used Pan-40 for the last 5 years. I have been taking 2 PAN 40 tablets per day, one before b.fast and one before dinner. Can it lead to Piles? I have three to four bowel movements in the morning in a span of two hours some times there is undigested food particles like carrots. I am a pure vegetarian and have been eating only rice, boiled veggies, and lentils. Can pan 40 tablet help me in this regard. I have no heart burn or reflex problem. ## Some undigested food particles appearing in your stool is a normal occurence. My father recently took Pantop 40 for the treatment of gastritis along with Opidol (tramadol hydrochloride 50 mg) while he was having the red erythematous patches in his extremities. There were some of patches in the lower abdomen. All these persists along with some abdomen pain. ## Has the gastritis improved, at all? I am patient of Hypertension. Along with other medicines like olemsar 20, my physician prescribed pantocid 20. I take pantocid occasionally. Now a days I am feeling no effect of pantocid regarding gastric problem. by mistake my dad has taken pantodac before and after food.is there any problems as dr.advised to take it only before food.pls advice.. ## Hi, Gul! What is the dosage of the Pantodac tablets? He should double check with his doctor, though I doubt there'll be a problem if he's only took 2 that close together.
