I found a white oblong pill with H 10/325 on it and RP on the other side. I was curious to find out what it is? ## It is hydrocodone and Tylenol 10mg hydro and 325 Tylenol ## Kenny is correct. This tablet is manufactured by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is an opiate narcotic that is used to treat pain. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?

My doctor has prescribed me 10 MG oxycodone for last few years due to chronic pain. However, they were always the round pink one's that had HCL on bottle. I I have always used the white oblong 10 perc and now I'm taking the 10 but it's a round pill and it is not as strong, I feel as if I'm taking tylenol3. I have tried the 10 and 7.5 and for 3 months I have kept a headache, nausea, and itching. on both strengths. with all these rules I am stuck with 90 and because of the headaches I'm using more. due to no change in pain I use it because I have sjorgens and sle lupus and a migraine on top of that I do not need. I have been prescribed 10mg oxycodone for the passed 2 years, 4x daily and have never had any problem with the ones I usually get (pink). This last rx the pharmacy gave me the RP 10s made by Rhodes Pharm. And I have never had a oxycodone make me so sick, sweating nausea, headache, chills. And to top it off no pain relief what so ever. Are the 325 10 rp better than the a3333? ## I live in south Florida & these are the common 10mg Percocets I've come across. The RP's are not effective at all, and are weak. the A333's are DESCENT for pain relief, and personally are OK. At age 50, had to take pain meds for the 1st time in my life ourside of hospital surgical.procedures. Been on Percocet 10/325 for almost 2 yrs now, with NO increase in quantity prescribed. What if the RP oxy tabs that are all the same color with just different numbers may be left over from a placebo study? I got some from a big pharm company that said ordering them was paperwork hell. What is the narcotic in dilaudid .. is it the same as oxy or hydrocodon ? As listed by the FDA, Dilaudid contains the active ingredient Hydromorphone, so yes, it is another opioid analgesic. To give a comparison on the strength from RPH, you only need .75 of Dilaudid to equal each 10mgs of Oxycodone, thus, it is much stronger. Horrible experience with RP 10/325 generic for Percocet 10/325 prescribed by my Pain Mgt Dr. I got the prescription filled at Walmart a month ago. Since that time, I have been in withdrawals, with aching muscles, mostly in my shoulders and wrists, the pain I felt before going on any pain pills over 25 years ago, also the chills and sweating, just as if I were in complete withdrawal. My roommate keeps taking my medication. Finally I started hiding it. I think she may have found my meds took some and replaced what she took with pressed or fake M/523. The one I think is real doesn't rub off on my hand when I handle them. When I line up the pills all face up with the M/523 showing and then flip them over all the same way, some of the imprints on the back are upside down and some right side up. Hello. For some reason when I take the yellow 230 oxycodone it always gives me a headache or severe back pain, but when I take the white RP 10 oxycodone they work just fine. Why is that? Is there an ingredient in it that I may be allergic to or something? ## I take the pink 10 mg and the last prescription I felt was that at Walgreens and it was this weird fat tablet that I’ve never seen before. It has an M on it but the manufacturer begin with an S, something is definitely wrong with it it gave me terrible stomach pain. I filled my prescription at my pharmacy that I always use and I received a different brand marked 10/325 RP. Didn’t think anything of it or notice until I checked due to me not feeling any difference in my pain level after an hour and I usually feeling a big difference after 30 mins. My concern is that this is a less effective knock off of hydrocodone and isn’t going to keep my chronic neck and back pain under control. Has anyone experienced this with this brand? Am I able to go back to the pharmacy with my concerns and ask for a non generic. I don’t see the use in taking a pain medication that isn’t providing the same level of relief.
