I need to know what an oval greenish pill is, it has a 40 in big print on one side and nothing on the other ## I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find a listing for this in any of the databases that I've checked, yet. Found 2 unidentifiable pills in guest rm. after 2 European students visited. One pill is small, round, green, with CF on one side, & HYL imprinted on the other side. The 2nd pill is a large, white, oval with 44-527 scored on one side, the other side is unremarkable due to moisture. ## The white oval is basicly asprin/acetaminophen and the green one with HYL sounds like a cold/flu over the counter med. ## The tablet with the HYL and CF marking is an over the counter herbal product manufactured by Hyland that's called Calm's Forte, it is used to help with sleep issues. The tablet with the 44 527 marking is also an over the counter product that contains Acetaminophen, Guaifenesin and Phenylephrine, it is used to help relieve cold symptoms. Absolutely no number or letters on either side. Half white half light green ## If there are no markings, it is going to be almost impossible to positively identify. The only thing we can say for sure is that it is not a legal, U.S. prescription medication. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items. Does anyone else have any ideas?
