found in my grandsons pocket. he is known for doing drugs. imprint or letters may have been rubbed off in his pocket. ## The closest match I've seen is a large pink oblong-shaped (though some may refer to it as oval) tablet, containing either 1,000 or 2,000 mcg of Vitamin B12 [cyanocobalamin]...But no matter what it is that we locate on our end, it wont matter unless you can say for sure whether any other imprints/letters were (or weren't) previously apparent on the tablet; otherwise these are just wild guesses. If this can't be determined, then the only truly verifiable method of identification would be to send it to a lab and have them analyze its chemical contents. Does your grandson have anything to say about it?

These pills are in my grandmothers cabinets, and before i throw them away I want to make sure they are something she doesn't need: - yellow oval with A KJ on the pill - yellow oval and 7244 on one side and 93 on the other ## Both of these pills are 500mgs of Clarithromycin, an antibiotic. If she is no longer supposed to be taking them, then no harm in removing them from her medicine cabinet. ## I checked in this site's NDC database and can confirm that both of those oval pills contain Clarithromycin 500 mg. NDC 0074-3165 is a yellow oval tablet with imprint a (logo) KJ. (Biaxin XL) NDC 0093-7244 is a yellow oblong tablet with imprint 93;7244 and is also extended release Clarithromycin. Hope this helps add some confirmation!

oval tab m582 ## Grandmother had a subsciption, my wife is a nurse, and i hurt my back. she saw the pill and said it was for pain but i didnt feel any relief after taking the pill. was she (my wife) mistaken? ## A subscription is what you have to a magazine, a drug has a prescription. This pill is Acetaminophen 500mgs and Oxycodone 7.5mgs, a generic version of Roxicet, however, your wife should not be trying to treat you. Being a nurse, she is not qualified to prescribe drugs and could lose her license for such activities. You need to see a doctor. ## why do my pills say oxycodome/acet5-325mg tab and not oxycodone/apap5-325mg tab

my grandmother had bought a little fake birds in a cage nick nack at a thrift store & it had a little drawer & obviously my 2 year old was interested in this & opened the drawer and inside was about a half of a pill & another little chunk. the pill is light yellow & is an oval shape. as far as I can tell there are no lines & one side is blank & the other has an S. probably had more letters or numbers but since I only have half I can't tell !! Checking the pill ID on other sites doesn't turn up any options & we are just so curious as to what this is & why someone would leave it in the drawer part of a nicknack. ## Hello, Chelsea! My grandson has been taking divalproex 500 MG ER for bipolar disorder. We moved recently so I had to change drugstores. When his Rx (for Depakote 500 mg ER) was filled yesterday they gave us divalproex SOD ER 500 MG. The tablets are different. The original tablet was white oval shaped with A511 on it. The new tablets are grey with W725 imprinted on them. Are these the same thing or should I contact the doctor before he takes the pills from the new pharmacy? ## HI, Beverly!
