ROUND, YELLOW ## The only match I was able to locate is white and not yellow. I would recommend double checking the color on your pill if you are able to. The pill I located this to be is Diclofenac Potassium (50 mg). i phoned one pill M21 about a month ago at my mom's house where my nephew was sleeping on her couch and last week my mom was cleaning her living room where my nephew had his belongings an came across four more of these M21 pills. All tablets that use a 44 on them, followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, this company doesn't manufacture any prescription medications. The company symbol is w for wyeth. ## There are several companies, actually, that use a W logo, including Watson Pharmaceuticals. Are there any additional markings on the pill, along with the W?
