I was wondering if this medication is used for the treatment of urinary track infection? And is it ok to take this medication if the expiration date is past. The expiration date was 2/16/05. Would this be safe to take and what would be the dangers of taking an expired Rx? ## yes you can take the med, the expiration date just indicates that the medication is loosing its potency. but alway contact your pc ## Symax is listed as containing Hyoscyamine, which is used to treat gastrointestinal problems, by slowing the action of the GI tract. It will not do anything to treat a bacterial infection, such as a UTI. Once expired, medications also tend to lose potency, and may not work as well as they did, when new, so it is best to dispose of them, and see your doctor. Typical side effects of Syma...

I am trying to find out if this tablet is actually Tadalafil (Cialis) 20mg? It was advertised on AM radio while listening to a sports radio show. ## Hi JC, What is the color and shape of this pill you're describing? Did the radio advertisement provide any other details relating this imprint to Tadalafil (Cialis) 20mg? On a side note, my investigation yields rumors of a Tramzol (Tramadol) 50mg tablets from India with a marking of KD-375; albeit I'm unable to verify that finding. Does anyone else here recognize this pill description? ## Hi David, the pill is oval in shape, the color is beige and has a 20 on it. I’m assuming it is for the milligrams as that is what I ordered. The radio station only advertised the pharmacy‘s phone number where I purchased the pills.

I got the prescription in Jul 2009. There is no expiry date on the bottle. Is it still safe to take it after 4 years? ## Hi, Milica! Once the factory seal on a bottle of tablets has been broken, the expiration date is one year from the date you received it from your pharmacy. Naproxen doesn't get dangerous after it has expired, but it will start to lose potency, which means that after 4 years, they are virtually worthless and should just be disposed of properly. Is there anything else I can help with? ## My name nargis my naproxen tablets 9Aug 2015 its safe

In Georgia, can my Dr call in a prescription for Norco 375/10, or does it have to be written? Can my Dr put refills on the prescription, or would I have to see the Dr monthly to get another prescription? ## Hi Jean, I believe it is your doctor's discretion to make these types of decisions, because there are many doctors out there who do call in prescriptions everyday, and it seems to just come down to their willingness to do so on your behalf. My mom actually had her doctor call in her Norco refill a number of times, due to her inability to leave the house frequently; but still had to be there in person to pick it up if that makes sense. However, she lives in California, not Georgia, so this is something you may have to call your doctor about and ask him directly for assistance. I h...

These are definitely weaker for me. They say binders could be the blame. I was taking a quarter of the first orange generics, those were weaker than the name brand, but the 54/325's r horrible. I've had to take a whole pill and that was not even 24 hours ago and I woke up in sweats and complete withdrawals. They suck. I'm going to make sure I go to Walgreens, not CVS! NOW, what am I supposed to do for 10 more days? I only have two and a quarter left. My Dr won't help. I may have to find opiates which is easier, my first relapse in three years cause these pills are not as strong. Great. ## I agree!!!! They are nothing they are claimed to be! So I have been on Suboxone for years and years. I have had every different generic made and found they all effect me mor or less the same. However, I am having a hard time with these new West-Ward 54 375 generics. This one just doesn’t work the same. I know all generics have the same amount of drug in them but these just real weak and it really pisses me off. ## Actually, they do not all have to have the same amount of the active ingredients. Under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, they are allowed to differ from the name brand, in the amount of the active ingredients, by as much as plus or minus 20%. They also do not have to measure against other generics, only against the name brand, so it is conceivable that the new one you are taking was lower in the amount of active ingredients t...
