I just went back to eating like I normally did and the weirhgt came off. I went from 137 to 123.

I took one 50 mg pill the first time. It did not work. I took two 50 mg pills the second time. It worked about 80%. Conclusion: pills contain 40% of claimed dosage. The right dosage for most men is 50 mg, so a claimed 100 mg, actual 40 mg, Fildena is the amount to take. If it's not enough, go to 150. ## Hello, Robert! How are you? I'd strongly advise against doubling or instructing anyone else to do so. Since Fildena is a foreign product, there is no way of knowing how potent they are all, since they are not strictly regulated. Some my be sub-potent, but some may contain more of the active ingredient than expected, which could be dangerous. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have a temp of 96.6. I'm also weak and have no stamina. I also fave A-Fib which I know affects stamina but now it's worse. ## Are you on any medications? If so, what do you take? Some of them can cause such symptoms as side effects, according to the FDA. I've experienced it myself with several cardiac/blood pressure medications. Is there a chance that you may be dehydrated? These could also be symptoms of it, according to AMA reports. ## My meds go back several years. I doubled my lasix per docs recommendation and helped stamina. My low temp apparently from defective thermometer. Sorry about that.

My pulse rate is 60 at night I am afraid it is going to drop too low. Is this possible ? Is 60 too low ? My BP is is still normal high I take lisinapril 10 mg and I take a half of metoprolol 25 mg so wondering info should worry about my pulse being low ## My Pulse has been as low as 41 during the day and I assume even lower at night. Cardio didn't really care. ## Hello, Kari! How are you doing? 60 is still considered normal and generally, your pulse will go lower at night, due to the fact that you are resting and not being as active. You should double check with your doctor, but usually, if you aren't having any symptoms, such as dizziness and shortness of breath, it is nothing to worry about. Rod, what were the circumstances? Those details have to be taken under consideration.

can you take a tramanol and a m357 back to back? ## I would definitely not recommend doing so. There are potentially harmful or fatal interactions between these two medications. These interaction warnings note the following: "Concomitant use of tramadol increases the seizure risk in patients taking other opioids. These agents are often individually epileptogenic and may have additive effects on seizure threshold during coadministration. CNS- and respiratory-depressant effects may also be additive. In patients who have been previously dependent on or chronically using opioids, tramadol can also reinitiate physical dependence or precipitate withdrawal symptoms. Concomitant use of tramadol and other opioids should be avoided in general. Tramadol should not be used in opioid-dependent p...

Hi, I do have a low blood pressure. I faint often and feel weak always inspite of having good diet. Pls help me out with a curing tablet. ## If you don't mind me asking, what does your diet look like on an average daily basis? I am studying in the nutrition field, so I feel as if I may be able to help in this regard. First and foremost, if meat and dairy are a part of your diet, you can experience all sorts of problems in the long term. Both are carcinogenic and/or mucus forming to the human body. There are plenty of plant based alternatives to getting protein. Aside from that I listed a couple natural items that may assist with raising low blood pressure: Cayenne Pepper: helps adjust blood pressure to normal levels. Copaiba Essential Oil: acts as a stimulant that naturally can incr...

Just started triple tx on nov 5, 2012. Two weeks test shows platelet count dropped from 149 to 109. Doc said we'll watch it . Is this normal? ## I started the triple therapy on 9/21/12 and my platelets were low even before I started (140). I am week 10 and my platelet count is 53. What almost stopped me (other the side effects) was my WBC which fell to 2. Here is my story, I have has HepC for 25 years and have been through two other treatments. First the Interferon, nothing. Then, in 2003, the Pegasys with Ribroviran. My viral load went undetectable after a month but came back making me a relapse patient. Have 46 BPM at rest; now cut 25mg Metoprolo tablet in half to lower dose as prescribed by cardio doc. had ascending aortic aneurysm repair, and aortic valve replaced (bovine) in 2003. What is going on here? I do exercise quite regularly, but 46 kinds of has me concerned, even though I am still able to exercise. Any answers, thanks. ## Well, there is really no way for anyone to say what's going on from just the limited information in your post. There are several issues that could cause this and only your doctor is going to be able to help you get to the root of the problem. The Metoprolol might be working too well and making your heart beat to slowly. I've had that happen with several medications myself. How long have you been on the lowered dosage? Has there been any improvement?

Taking Metoprolol Tartrate 50 mg twice daily along with Losartan Potassium 25 mg once daily. Pulse rate dropping into low 50's and high 40's. I am concerned by the low pulse rate as it causes me to be feel weak and generally unwell. ## Hello, Roadrunner! How are you? I'm very sorry about the problem that you're having. It is most likely due to the Metoprolol, which the FDA classifies as a beta blocker, it is listed in the detailed side effect information that it is known to do this in some people that take it. Other side effects may include nausea, headache, dizziness, hypotension, increased urination and stomach pain. Have you spoken to your doctor about this issue, yet? i consulted a doctor and found out that my hemoglobin was low. she gave me pco plus vitamins. can i also take propan with iron at the same time? thanks ## I am having trouble finding the specifics on what the PCO Plus contains, but I do know the Propan, with Iron is a multivitamin. You really shouldn't double up, without consulting your doctor. Too much of the iron, as well as some other vitamins, such as B12 can be just as dangerous as being low in them. For instance, too much iron may cause liver damage and conditions, such as Hemachromatosis. Have you consulted your doctor? ## thanks for your reply....my doctor only gave me PCO plus but this contains only vitamin E and C..so i was thinking of taking propan with iron to increase my hemoglobin.
