History: today is 3rd day of use, 50g/once a day. Used for opiate dependence, 7 days after last dose of Suboxone. No other symptoms but moderate/strong stomach pains. Some sleeplessness. Any remedies? Other folks experience? Does it go away? Most sites say should not be a side effect for more than a "few days". ## Suboxone has a long half-life. The symptoms you are experiencing at seven days post last usage are most likely withdraw from Suboxone. Some patients do experience some GI disturbance when first starting naltrexone but, they should pass in a week or less. If the symptoms dont go away by that time consult your health care professional. I hope that helps.

Can metformin cause a charley horse in the legs? I started metformin 500mg 9 days ago and starting on the 8th day I began experiencing really bad leg cramps. ## Yes, the FDA does list muscle cramping as being a fairly common side effect of this medication, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, flatulence, and stomach pain. Side effects are typically transient and should go away, once your body gets used to the medication, but that may take about 4 to 5 weeks. Are you on any other medications?

I took one 500 mg capsule of Cephalexin for an ear infection, a couple of hours after taking it I had stomach cramps and very bad diarrhea, Im not taking anymore of this drug, I would rather deal with the ear ache. Has anybody else had this problem?? ## Those can be typical side effects of this medication, according to the FDA, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, and non-allergic skin rash.... however, an infection that is left to continue raging out of control could be fatal, while the medication side effects will eventually go away, with time, once you finish your course of treatment. Alternatively, you could also speak to your doctor about trying a different antibiotic, if you find this one is making you too miserable. How are you feeling, now? Has there been any change?

I started topamax 25 mg 5 days ago as a mood stabilizer. I gained 80+ lbs from previous ones and antidepressants. I had no side effects until this morning I woke up feeling nauseous. I am taking coveram 1/2 of 5mg tablet as doctor was still concerned about BP, I increased to a full tablet. My small continuous stomach ache is now much worse mainly during the night. Coversyl plus did the same and ended up in hospital with acute pancreatitis and that is why I was changed over to Coveram. ## The following symptoms are all listed as side effects of Coveram: stomach pain diarrhea constipation muscle cramps feeling sick (nausea) Does the stomach ache still occur even when you are off the medication?
