I had a tremendously horrible up-bringing. My parents werent physical, with me, but the verbal abuse was so intense that I can no longer take it. I worry non-stop then I worry about why I am worrying about so many things. Takes me forever to fall asleep, then I get up tired. I just completed 6 weeks of Lexapro, & sure, it helps...but only just very slightly makes me feel happier. Ive had Effexor XR, Zoloft & Abilify. All of it makes me weird & extremely tired. My name is Sue, & I myself have taken Trazadone. It belongs to the Benzodiazapan family. It didn't make me lose weight, quite the opposite. In 11 months I have gained a total of 85 lbs. can I take 1mg Kalma and 30mg oxazepam together with 150mg effexor ## Hello, Chops! How are you? I suffer from severe anxiety depression medical related PTSD and have tried just about every ssri and Effexor benzos don't calm my racing thoughts. Let me begin by stating that if I had fully understood how horrible it would be to stop taking the various SSRI, SNRI and benzodiazepines that I have been prescribed over the years, I don't think I would have started taking them in the first place, or perhaps I would have done things differently. I certainly knew there were risks involved, however, I avoided doing a ton of internet research, as this can cause unnecessary doubt and instead, I put my trust in my healthcare providers. It seems that the small percentage of people who do not experience withdrawal from these drugs (Effexor, Clonazepam, Cymbalta) gives some doctors enough confidence to put patients on these medications without fully explaining the probable consequences. I am in a drug rehab and dropped dirty for pcp and benzos I know that my effexor will give a false posative for the pcp but dont know why I would drop dirty for the benzos. I am also on parole and this information got sent to my agent and I would like to know if its possible that the effexor could give a false posative for the benzos as well other than that I take nothing more than tylenol. Since I ran out of Xanax and took lorazepam instead will the lorazepam show up as the same thing as Xanax? ## It depends on the type of test he uses.
